NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
Bharat Electronics Limited has released a notification for the recruitment of Apprentice post, at its Bangalore complex. The selection of candidates will be based on written test conducted by BEL. The last date of online registration is December 24, 2016.
BEL is a leading Navratna public sector enterprise under the ministry of Defence. It proposes to engage graduate apprentices for one year training program in different disciplines.
Candidates must have B.Tech./ B.E. degree in the discipline of Electronics/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Civil/ Computer Science/ Electrical/ Industrial engineering from a recognised university. They must have obtained at least 60% of aggregate marks in their graduation. Reserved category candidates are relaxed by 10% of marks in aggregate. Candidates should have passed B.Tech./ B.E. on or after August 01, 2014.
The upper age limit is 25 years for general category. There is a relaxation in age of 5 years for SC/ ST category and 3 years for OBC category. The age limit will be calculated as on January 01, 2017.
The eligible candidates can apply for the apprentice post under BEL Recruitment. They can go through following steps to know about the application procedure:
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of aggregate marks scored in B.Tech/ B.E. After that, they will be called for written test conducted by BEL. The final selection will be done on the relative performance of candidates in written test.
The selected candidates will undergo in the process of apprenticeship training program for one year. They will get stipend of Rs. 5000/- per month. After the successful completion of training program, the CTC will be offered according to Company’s policy.
