NEET MDS 2019 Answer Key, Question Paper, Analysis & Cut off

NEET MDS is schedule by National Board of Examinations (NBS) on December 14, 2018. The result of NEET MDS 2019 expected to be declared on January 31, 2019 at official i.e. Previously, minimum cut off for NEET MDS All India Quota is 63.8 percentile. For reserved category it varies from 63.3 to 46.2 percentile depending on the category.

NEET MDS 2019 Answer Key

NEET MDS 2019 answer key will be announced by NBE after the exam in the month of January 2019. Answer keys help candidates assess their scores in the exam. If the candidates find any discrepancies in the published answer key then they can send feedbacks to the examination authority.   2. Enter the required credentials i.e. Application ID and Password.
  3. Then, click on submit button. NEET MDS Answer Key will be displayed.

NEET MDS 2019 Paper Analysis

Here is a detailed analysis of NEET MDS Exam held on December 14, 2018. This analysis will help candidates appearing for exam, have an understanding of the exam pattern and difficulty level.

1. Overall Difficulty Level

  • As per the reviews of candidates the exam was of Moderate Difficulty level.
  • Majority of the candidates appearing in the session reported that the exam was ranging between Moderate to Difficult.

2. Types of Questions

  • As reported by candidates, the paper had a mix of Clinical and Theoretical questions, with some direct one liner questions and few clinical scenario-based questions.
  • The questions were more on the Theoretical side.
  • Questions were more from the Basic Medical and Dental Subjects.

3. Decider

  • Candidates reported that a large number of questions were framed from Basic Medical Subjects such as Pathology, Physiology, Biochemistry.
  • The exam comprised a large number of Medical questions.
  • 60-70% of the questions were from Basic Medical Subjects, while the rest was from Dental subjects.
  • Subjects which carried High Weight Age were the Basic Subjects such as Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Dental Materials, Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and General Medicine.

4. Image-Based Questions

  • Candidates reported that the paper comprised a few Image-Based questions, which were of Moderate difficulty level.
  • Overall, Image-Based questions were very few. Only 2-3 Image-Based questions appeared in both the sessions.

NEET MDS 2019 Cut off

NEET MDS 2019 cut off marks will vary dependent on the category the applicant belongs to. The cutoff for all categories is as follows:

In the event of two or more candidates obtaining same marks, the merit position shall be determined using following tie breaker criteria in descending order:

  1. Candidate who has more number of correct responses in the paper shall be placed at higher merit position.
  2. Failing which, date of birth of the candidate will be taken into consideration. Older candidate will be placed at a better merit position.
