SSC CGL 2019 Result

SSC or Staff Selection Commission will release SSC CGL 2019 result for all the tiers separately. SSC CGL result 2019 will be published at the official website of the commission in PDF format. The applicants can check their result against their name and roll number.

  • SSC CGL result will be published in the form of scorecard.
  • Candidates can check their result on the official website of SSC i.e. www.ssc.nic.in
  • The result will be declared in the form of PDF file.
  • SSC CGL Tier 1 examination result will be declared in the month of August 2019.
  • Tier II examination result will be declared in the month of October 2019.

On the basis of the SSC CGL Tier 1 result, students will be shortlisted for Tier II exam. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of student’s performance in Tier I, Tier II and Tier III. They will have to qualify all the tiers separately.

How to check SSC CGL Result 2019?

SSC CGL exam result for each Tier is declared separately. Once, all Tier results are out, they are combined together to prepare a single SSC CGL merit list.

In order to check the result, students have to enter their credentials like Registration Number, Roll Number or Password. The result will be available through the online mode only. It will not be sent to the candidate’s residential address.

By following the below steps, students can easily check their SSC CGL Result:

  • Visit the official website of SSC
  • On the website menu bar click on the ‘Results’ option
  • Click on “Combined Graduate Level Tier 1 Examination Result”
  • Enter the details if required like Registration Number, Roll Number or Password
  • Click on the button
  • Roll number wise mark list will be displayed on the screen in PDF format
  • Download and take the printout of PDF file for future use

Details on Score Card

Score card informs the students about their performance in SSC CGL. It will be published on the official website of SSC and can be downloaded through online mode only.

SSC CGL 2019 Merit List

Students who have successfully appeared for the examinations can check the final merit list available on the official website. According to the candidates’ performance, final merit list will be prepared. Merit list will contain details such as candidates name, their rank and overall marks.

By following below steps, students can check SSC CGL 2019 merit list easily:

  • Visit the official website of SSC
  • Search and click on the link scribed as “Marks of Candidate-CGL”
  • After clicking on the link, a PDF file will appear
  • Download it and check result as per your roll number

Details Present on the Combined Merit List

Candidates can download the combined final merit list for SSC CGL 2019 after 2-3 months of the examination. This list will contain details such as the roll number of the candidate, name of the candidate, his/her rank and overall marks obtained by the candidate.

The marks of candidates are displayed, irrespective of whether they have cleared the requisite cut off.

Tie Break Criteria

In case, 2 or more candidates have obtained the same overall combined score, priority is given to the candidate who has scored more in the written test (Tier II).

  • If the tie is still not resolved, performance of candidates in Tier II examination is taken into consideration and candidates are ranked accordingly in the merit list.
  • If the tie still persists, marks obtained in Tier I of the examination are taken into account and then merit list is prepared accordingly.
  • If candidates have performed exactly the same in all the Tiers of SSG CGL 2018 examination, the tie is resolved by giving preference to the older candidate.
  • In case candidates are exactly of same age, candidates are ranked alphabetically.

SSC CGL 2019 Answer Key

Students can check SSC CGL answer key 2019 from the official website of SSC. They can access the answer key with the help of their user ID and password. Those who have appeared for Tier 1 examination can challenge SSC CGL answer key. It will help candidate to know the number of correct and incorrect answers. On the basis of final answer key, the result will be declared.

SSC CGL 2019 Cut off

Cut off marks are the minimum marks scored by the candidates in order to clear the examination. Those who don’t score more than the  required cut off are not eligible for admission. Candidates can get a fair idea of SSC CGL 2019 cut off on the basis of previous year’s cut off trends.
