JEECE 2019 Result

JEECE Result 2019 will be declared by JCECE Board, tentatively in the fourth week of May 2019 on the official website, Candidates have to enter their roll number and course selected to check their JEECE Result 2019. It will be declared in the form of merit list which will have the names of qualified candidates along with their ranks.

Just after the declaration of JEECE Result, candidates can see JEECE 2019 Answer Key on the official website. Students will be invited for counselling on the basis of their rank in JEECE 2019. Candidates should download JEECE Rank Card as it will be required in the counselling process. There will be two stages of counselling: Round 1 and Round 2. Candidates have to pay the counselling fee to be able to appear for the counselling process.

JEECE 2019 or Jharkhand Engineering Entrance Competitive Examination 2019 will provide admission to the candidates who are interested in B.E or B.Tech courses. At the time of counselling, candidates have to bring all the required documents for verification. How to Check JEECE 2019 Result?

Candidates will not receive their scorecard through post or e-mail; instead, they have to check the results online on the official website.

JEECE Result will be declared by the fourth week of May 2019 and will be uploaded on the official website. After that, candidates can download their result, take a print out of it and carry it with themselves at the time of counselling.

Following are the steps to check JEECE 2019 Results:

  1. Visit the official website i.e.,
  2. Go to ‘JEECE Results Online Section’
  3. Choose the exam you have applied for
  4. Select the group you want to check for and then enter your roll number
  5. Click the “Submit” button and download the Scorecard

Candidates can also take multiple printouts of the scorecard for their future reference until the admission process gets over.

Rules for re-evaluation or rechecking of Answer sheets: The answer sheets are evaluated via machines. They are well checked and well examined, leaving no scope for re-evaluation or re-checking. That means there is no provision for revaluation and no such communication will be entertained in this regard.

Details on JEECE 2019 Scorecard

JEECE 2019 Result will have both, Rank and Name of all the candidates who will qualify the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Exam 2019. Generally, the rank card of the students who will qualify the examination will be released within 10 days after the declaration of the result. Rank card will be available online only and will not be sent via post.

Candidates who have scored the qualifying marks are eligible to attend the counselling process. The authorities prepare the merit list on the base of marks scored by the candidates in Jharkhand Common Entrance Competitive Exam 2019.

JEECE 2019 Answer key will be displayed after the results on the official website of JEECE Board. As the answer sheets are checked with complete care, rechecking of the sheets will not be considered.

JEECE 2019 Merit List

Students are invited for counselling on the basis of their ranks scored in JEECE 2019 examination. JEECE Result 2019 is announced in the form of merit list which will contain the list of competent candidates along with their ranks.

Candidates should be aware of the process of merit list preparation. Following points are kept in mind while preparing the merit list (just for reference):

  1. The board will prepare a combined merit list, as well as category-wise merit list (wherever applicable) of the candidates. Seat Allotment will be done by keeping in mind the score obtained in the examination and it will be prepared by the board only.
  1. In case of two or more than two candidates scoring equal marks in JEECE 2019, the inter-se-merit of such candidates will be decided in the subsequent manner:

a. Candidates with higher marks in Mathematics in the examination will be preferred first.

b. Candidates with higher marks in Physics will be secondly preferred.

c. Candidates who are older in age will be given third preference.

d. If the above three will be the same then as per English alphabetical order of first name will be preferred.

JEECE 2019 Cut Off

JEECE 2019 Cut Off are the minimum marks that a candidate should secure in Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Exam in order to be entitled for admission. Only those candidates will be taken into consideration who have scored the least qualifying marks for admission. The qualifying applicants will get admission in several Under Graduate Engineering Courses and many others in different Institutes & Colleges located in Jharkhand State. JEECE 2019 Counselling

For counselling, candidates will be called on the basis of their rank in entrance exam. Also, it is mandatory for the candidates to pay the counselling fee to be a part of counselling process. Candidates are required to produce their original certificates at the time of document verification. If any candidate fails to produce the original documents then his/her admission will not be considered.

Counselling will be directed by the board. Qualifying candidates are requested to go through the counselling information guidelines wisely.

JEECE 2019 Counselling will be directed in 2 rounds where the second round is optional. It will only be conducted to fill the seats remaining vacant in the first round.

1st Round of Counselling:

Candidates who are qualified on the basis of Merit rank will be called for counselling. Information about the date of counselling, time and place will be given via leading newspapers of Jharkhand State and it will be available on the Board’s website as well. In the process of counselling, candidate will be allowed to choose Course/Stream and Institute on Merit-Cum-Choice basis, only after the complete analysis of all the original certificates/documents required that will satisfy his/her identity.

2nd Round of Counselling:

Second round of counselling is only conducted in case where seats are left vacant after the first round. The students who have already participated in the first round but wish to change their course/stream and institute, can also participate in the second round of counselling. Rest of the procedure will be the same as mentioned above.

Documents Required During JEECE Counselling

It is important for all the qualified candidates to produce the admit card online at the time of counselling. Candidates must carry the original as well as the self-attested photocopies of the following documents when they go for counselling:

  1. Mark sheet of class 10 and 12.
  2. Caste Certificate issued by SDO.
  3. Income Certificate issued by SDO.
  4. Local resident certificate issued by SDO.
  5. One passport size photograph
  6. JEECE 2019 Admit Card.

If at the time of counselling, either any qualified candidate does not appear or fail produce any of the required documents, his/her application will be automatically rejected.

Qualified candidates are required to pay counselling fee for attending the same. All the candidates, including the candidates of reserved category, who will be called for counselling will have to submit a challan or IPO to be a part of the counselling process.
