NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
GATE 2017 Exam will be held from February 4 – 12, 2017. GATE Metallurgical Engineering (MT) Question paper has 65 questions. Exam Duration is 3 hours. Candidates preparing for Metallurgical Engineering must be aware about the GATE syllabus for MT exam.

|Linear Algebra||Matrices and Determinants, Systems of linear equations, Eigen values and Eigen vectors.|
|Vector Calculus||Gradient; Divergence and Curl; Line, Surface and volume integrals; Stokes, Gauss and Green’s theorems.|
|Calculus||Limit, continuity and differentiability; Partial derivatives; Maxima and minima; Sequences and series; Test for convergence; Fourier series.|
