GATE Biotechnology Cutoff is the minimum marks that will be declared by IIT Delhi for the admissions in M.Tech courses after the declaration of results. The cut offs for Biotechnology will also differ as per the institutes. IIT Delhi has scheduled GATE 2020 for February 1, 2, 8 and 9 in CBT mode. With the declaration of result on March 16, 2020 the authorities will release the cut off.
Other than M.Tech admissions, students who secure marks higher than GATE cutoff are often recruited into highly paid jobs offered by many PSUs.
Before moving towards GATE cut off criteria for admission, students must have an understanding about the qualifying cut off and admission cut off.

There is less competition in GATE BT Paper. Not more than 18000 students appear for GATE Biotechnology every year. If you get a rank in top 1500, you may find a seat in IITs. In all about, 15% to 16% of the candidates were qualified in the exam. The GATE score will be valid for a period of three years after the declaration of result.
