NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
OUAT Entrance Exam is conducted by Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology each year. The examination is conducted for admissions to various institutes of the state for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs.
The coordinating body has certain guidelines that must be followed while filling OUAT 2018 Application Form (Form A and Form B). Candidates willing to appear for the examination must fill Form-A, while Form B must be filled after the examination.
While filling OUAT application form, students come across a number of queries relating to scanned photograph and signature. For your ease, we have given the basic guidelines to keep in mind. Check OUAT Documents Specification

Candidates must ensure to take care of photo details, photo size, etc. while uploading their photograph.

While scanning the photograph, signatures, and required documents, candidates must keep in mind the following points.
In case you are not able to upload your photo or signature in the application form, follow the steps given below:
Step 1: Right click on the Photograph
Step 2: Click on ‘Properties’ option
Step 3: A window will appear having properties of photograph.
Step 4: Click on ‘Details’ tab and view the dimensions, height and width of the image.
Follow the steps given below to change the parameters of photograph.
Step 1: Select the photo and Right click on it.
Step 2: Click on ‘Open With’ tab and select ‘Paint’ option.
Step 3: Click on ‘View’ tab.
Step 4: Check the ‘Status Bar’ (check if it unchecked)
Step 5: Select File menu and choose the icon as shown in the below image and change the photo size.
Step 6: Finally, click on ‘Save As’ link and ‘JPEG Picture’.
