ANGRAU University releases Second AP EAMCET Counselling Schedule for Bi. PC Stream

ANGRAU has recently released an official notification informing candidates about Bi.PC stream Second AP EAMCET Counselling. The counselling will be held especially for the candidates with AP EAMCET 2016 Ranks applied online and also for the Special Categories.

All the candidates who wish to get admission into the Bi.PC Stream UG Courses in ANGRAU (Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University), SVVU (Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University) and Dr.YSRHU (Dr.Y.S.R. Horticultural University) in Andhra Pradesh are supposed to attend the EAMCET Counselling. The counselling of AP EAMCET will be held at Lam Farm, Regional Agriculture Research Institute, Guntur.

AP EAMCET Important Dates for Bi.PC Second Counselling

ANGRAU counselling dates for admissions into its various Bi.PC stream degree courses has been released. The Second AP EAMCET counselling will commence from October 16, 2016 to October 20, 2016 at Lam Farm, Regional Agriculture Research Institute, Guntur. For all those candidates who will be attending the event are required to be present in person for the counselling session.

The interested candidates can go through the following schedule to know when and at what time they are supposed to attend the session:

Note: The qualified participating candidates are informed that there is a possibility that the number of vacancies might increase by the date of counselling depending on subsequent vacancies to be arising.

Mandatory Documents Required for AP EAMCET Counselling

It is important for the eligible candidates to be present in person at the time of the AP EAMCET Counselling. Also, it is required for them to carry the following documents to avoid any delay in their seat allotment process.

  • AP EAMCET Admit Card
  • AP EAMCET Rank Card 
  • SSC or Equivalent examination certificate showing the Date of Birth
  • Intermediate (10+2) passing certificates and mark sheets.
  • Certificates from 6th to 12th Class.
  • In case, the candidates belonging to BC (Backward Classes), SC (Scheduled Castes) and ST (Scheduled Tribes), are supposed to present their latest certified copy of the Social Status Certificate issued by the competent authority.
  • Aadhar Card for ID Proof.
  • Income Certificate
  • Personal Mobile Number & Email
  • 10 years Residence Certificate of either of the Parents, if the candidate belongs to Non-Local category. 
  • PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate if applicable.
  • PH- Certificate issued by District Medical Board-Candidates with 40% and above disability are only eligible. 
  • CAP-Certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service men) Identity card and Discharge book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are only eligible to be considered under “CAP” Category.
  • NCC & Sports to produce Original Certificates issued by competent authorities. 
  • Minorities: SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the Head Master. 
  • Anglo-Indian: A Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of Residence.

The candidate should make sure to carry their original documents with at least two photocopies of the same. If they fail to produce any of the documents mentioned above, then they might fail to get admission or might not be able to participate in the AP EAMCET Counselling.
