KEAM or Kerala Engineering Agricultural Medical is an entrance examination for admissions in various professional degree courses in the state of Kerala. It is conducted by the CEE, Kerala - Commissioner of Entrance Exams, Kerala.

KEAM 2017 is scheduled in the month of April 2017 and is a pen and paper based test. The KEAM Exam Patternis of MCQ – Multiple Choice Format and the paper is in English medium. The time for solving the paper is 2.5 hours and consists of two papers. Paper 1 is of Physics and Chemistry and Paper 2 is of Biology or Mathematics according to the course that the candidate has opted for. There are a total of 120 MCQ’S of 480 marks and the candidate has to score a minimum of 10 marks each in Paper 1 and Paper 2 to qualify the test.
The students who do not score the minimum marks are not selected and their names are not generated in the merit list. The exam is to be given on OMR sheets and they should be filled carefully. No marks will be rewarded or deducted if the question is not solved/ attempted. A candidate who has not attempted even a single question is liable to get disqualified.
