STATE LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
KEAM Exam Pattern 2019 provides information to the candidates about various aspects of the exam like mode and duration of the test, types of questions asked, and subjects. KEAM 2019 exam is conducted by CEE (Commissioner of Entrance Examination), Kerala. It is an offline or pen-paper based test comprising two papers – Paper I and Paper II.
Questions from Chemistry and Physics will be asked in Paper I while Paper II will have questions from Mathematics only. Both the papers will have 120 questions each and these will be MCQ type. Both the papers will be conducted on separate days and time duration of each paper will be 150 minutes.
All aspirants must fill KEAM Application Form 2019 in the online mode which will be available from January 2019. The medium of the exam will be English only. KEAM 2019 is a state level examination which provides admission to candidates to various Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy courses offered by different colleges and institutions across Kerala state.
Candidates are advised to carry their respective Admit Card to the exam centers while they appear for the test. It will be released a few weeks prior to the date of exam. Check below all important points regarding KEAM Exam Pattern 2019 along with Syllabus, Recommended Books and Marking Scheme.

KEAM 2019 comprises 2 papers and candidates get 150 minutes time duration to complete each paper. Physics and Chemistry will be included in Paper-1 while questions from Mathematics will be asked in Paper-2. KEAM 2019 Sample Papers are very essential in the preparation of your exam. Ques: When should a test taker report to the test center?
Ans: Test takers must report to their allocated test centre 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time mentioned on their confirmation e-mail.
Ques: Does test center and allotted seat remain same for both the papers?
Ans: Yes, a test taker will be required to appear for both the papers at the allotted center and at the scheduled time.
Ques: Is qualifying both the papers necessary?
Ans: Yes, candidates who fail to qualify in each paper will be automatically disqualified.
Ques: Will the syllabus of KEAM change this year?
Ans: The syllabus will not change for KEAM 2019. The exam will comprise multiple-choice questions from Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics.
