NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
Law School Admission Council (LSAC) announced that they have decided to expand their testing schedule, LSAC will increase testing dates of LSAT from four times a year to six times a year.
When an applicant applies to a law school all scores from the past five years are reported, though, depending on the school, the highest score or an average score may be used. LSAT is one of the most important tests of the law school admission process in the United States, Canada (Common Law programs only), Australia, and a growing number of other countries.
The change in testing students will benefit both the law aspirants, who will now have more options and law schools, whose application cycles have shifted in recent years.
Dean Susan L. Krinsky, chairman of LSAC’s Board of Trustees said “The additional test dates are an important part of LSAC’s continuing efforts to reduce barriers to entry into legal education, LSAT has always been the most valid, reliable, and widely used test in law school admissions. It is the best test for predicting success in law school, and therefore LSAC constantly explores ways to improve its delivery. We will continue to look for innovative ways to enhance access and diversity in legal education while ensuring the quality of both the LSAT and all the services we offer.”
Aspirants can fill the application form for LSAT via online mode only. Aspirants have to visit the official website of LSAT to get registered. The law entrance exam will be conducted by Law School Admission Council (LSAC) six times during the year 2018-19, starting from June 2019.
Before applying for LSAT, the aspirant must make sure that they fulfill all LSAT eligibility norms. Eligibility criteria of LSAT India will differ for different countries.

LSAT Exam Pattern in India is a Pencil & paper based test. The question paper will contain 92-100 questions divided into five sections: Reading Comprehension, Analytical Reasoning, and Logical Reasoning I and II.
All the questions are of multiple objective types. Some questions may have 4 options others may have 5. Each section has to be completed in 35 minutes only. The total time duration will be of 2 hours 20 minutes. There is no marks allotment scheme for the correct answer and no mark will be deducted for the wrong answer. The score calculation is done on the percentile basis.

LSAT India 2017 was conducted across 20 test cities in India. The number of colleges accepting LSAT India was limited to 50 till 2014. In 2015, 10 colleges were added to the list and in 2016, this number was further increased to 74. On the basis of LSAT India 2017 scores, more than 76 colleges offered admission to aspirants in under-graduate as well as post-graduate law programs.
