NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE/OFFLINE TEST
The application process for CEED, which is also commonly known as Common Entrance Examination for Design has been started from the second week of August. The candidates can start filling up the form in order to get themselves registered and to appear for CEED exam. The application process for CEED is entirely online and go on till third week of September.

CEED 2017 (Common Entrance Examination for Design) is a national level examination for admissions to postgraduate and PhD programmes in Design in IITs and IISc, Bangalore. It is scheduled on December 06, 2016. Master’s degree course is offered at the Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore), IIT Bombay, IIT Guwahati, IIT Delhi, IIT Hyderabad and IIT Kanpur, whereas PhD programe in design is offered at IISc Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad and IIT Kanpur.
Candidates can apply for the registration of CEED exam only when, he/she will come to know about the specific and relevant dates. Consider the important dates, which are mentioned below to know information ranging from CEED application dates to CEED results.

In order to complete CEED application process, one must need to fulfill a certain eligibility criteria. Check the below mentioned eligibility to appear for attempting CEED.
1. An aspirant will only be eligible for CEED exam, if he/she is attaining Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture/Design/Interior Design or equivalent. It must be a 4 year programme after 10+2.
2. If a candidate has professional Diploma in Design (NID/CEPT), then also he/she is eligible to attempt CEED.
3. Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Fine arts (B.F.A)
4. The candidate must have cleared a 4 year Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) programme after 10+2
5. The candidate must have passed a 5 Year programme G.D. Art (5 years programme after 10th) with one year post qualification professional experience.
6. The candidates with 2 years Master's degree in Arts/ Science/Computer Applications after 10+2+3 are also eligible to apply for CEED 2017.
Please Note: Candidates who attains 3 years Bachelor's degree are not eligible to apply for CEED.

Application fee is considered as one of the most important steps in the process of application. CEED application fee is mentioned as below, each candidate can check the application fee and deposit it accordingly.

The aspirants who have successfully applied for CEED needs to understand the CEED Exam Pattern to start the preparations for the same. The CEED is scheduled on December 06, 2016. It is scheduled on February 14, 2017 for Chennai Center candidates. The candidates must prepare according to the topics mentioned in the CEED Syllabus.
