UGC invites Applications for 'National Fellowship for Persons with Disabilities (NFPwD)

Application forms are out for the National Fellowship for Persons with Disabilities (NFPwD) for the selection years 2018-19 and 2019-20. As per the official notice, the last date to apply is June 19, 2020.

The fellowship selection will be done on the basis of post graduation marks. Each year UGC provides fellowship to 200 candidates, out of which 15% seats are reserved for SC candidates and 7.5% seats are reserved for ST candidates.

NOTE: The NFPwD is provided to MPhil and PhD candidates for a maximum of 5 years. It is provided under both Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF) schemes.
