Delhi University (DU) offers an MBA through the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) and the Department of Financial Studies (DFS). Admission to the MBA program is given on the basis of the Common Aptitude Test (CAT). The college offers a full-time MBA program in various categories like the doctoral program, executive, and healthcare program, the application fee for FMS is INR 1000 (general category) and INR 350 (SC/ ST/ PWD).

IGNOU issues application form for the MBA program twice a year, i.e. March and September. To be eligible for the application process, a candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline/ board recognized by the university.
Once the admit card for the entrance exam is issued, the candidate than is required to appear for the OPENMAT exam conducted by the university itself.
The final students for admission are selected on the basis of marks obtained in the OPENMAT exam.
A candidate can also apply for the IGNOU PGDM program equivalent to an MBA degree. The admission of the course is purely merit-based. Applicant may visit the nearest regional center and buy the application form/ prospectus. Fill in the application form along with the required fee and documents required for the admission process. IIT Delhi MBA admissions are entrance-based. Candidates are required to submit a valid score of national-level exam CAT. The minimum eligibility for admission involves 50-55% marks in Graduation in any discipline. Candidates with a valid score in CAT are eligible for MBA (general and MBA (telecom) admissions. While foreign students can submit a GMAT score too for admission to IIT Delhi. The final selection of students is made on the basis of marks obtained in Graduation and exam. The shortlisted candidates are then called for GD and PI round for further evaluation. Candidate scoring highest marks in all the rounds are selected for admission.

The MBA program at Distance centers in Delhi gives admission to the applicants shortlisting them on the basis of marks obtained in the previous qualifying examination.
