The School of Open Learning (a part of the Campus of Open Learning) formerly known as The School of Correspondence Courses and Continuing Education, established under the University of Delhi in 1962, is a pioneer Institution in the field of Distance Education in India.
The School offers Undergraduate/Postgraduate Degree courses in the subjects of Arts/Humanities and Commerce.
Delhi University School of Open Learning conducts entrance exam for the candidates to take admission in MA Program. The admission will be based on Merit cum Entrance Test.
The Post-graduate courses are of minimum two both years duration. The following courses are available to students for postgraduate studies under Master of Arts:
|MA (Hindi)||Candidate must have a BA (prog/hons) degree from recognized University with minimum 50% marks|
|M.A (History)||Candidate must have a BA degree (prog/hons) from recognized University with minimum 50% marks|
|M.A (Sanskrit)||Candidate must have a BA degree (prog/hons) from recognized University with minimum 50% marks|
|M.A (Political Science)||B.Sc. / BA (Hons/Prog) /BA (LLB) any degree of these with minimum 50% marks from any recognized university|
NOTE: Relaxation in marks will be given to reserved categories. Admissions are provided on the basis of entrance test & without entrance test i.e direct admission in M.A Programme.
