JEE Main 2020: Maharashtra Topper 'Swayam Shashank Chube' Upscaled his Performance and Bagged a Spot in 100 Percentilers
NTA has declared the JEE Main 2020 result for the September session today. As many as 24 candidates scored NTA 100 score in the examination. The results witnessed a maximum number of 100 percentiles from Telangana state.
Out of 24 toppers in JEE Main 2020, 8 are from Telangana, followed by 5 toppers from Delhi, 4 from Rajasthan, 3 from Andhra Pradesh, 2 from Haryana and one each from Maharashtra and Gujarat.
One Maharashtra topper- 'Swayam Shashank Chube' who successfully scored 100 percentile in the JEE Main 2020 September Result, also attempted the January exam and has been able to up his score by 20 marks.

Was this Swayam's first attempt?
Swayam also appeared for JEE Main January exam in which he scored 276 marks. Whereas in the September exam he upscaled his result with 20 marks and has scored 296 marks which gave him a spot in top 100 percentiler's list.
How did Swayam manage his studies?
Swayam prepared for JEE Main 2020 through NCERT books and made sure that enough time was given to all the three subjects i.e. Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
His mother Naina Chube said in a statement, "The NCERT books were his Bible and Swayam made it a point to give enough time to all the three subjects."
Following Swayam, among girls Indriyani Tayade of Nagpur is the state topper among girls with 99.97 percentile.

Based on JEE Main Paper 1 and Paper 2 results, 2.45 lakh candidates will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced which is scheduled on September 27, 2020.
