WBJEEB has opened WBJEE 2026 Round 3 counselling registration at wbjeeb.nic.in. Choice filling closes on July 26 2026. The Round 3 seat allotment result will be declared on July 28 2026.
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has opened the WBJEE 2026 Round 3 counselling registration. Qualified candidates can register through the official website at wbjeeb.nic.in.
Round 3 is being conducted as the mop-up round to fill seats that remained vacant after the completion of Round 2 counselling. The registration and choice-filling window will close on July 26, 2026.
WBJEEB will announce the Round 3 seat allotment result on July 28, 2026. Both fresh candidates and certain previously registered candidates are eligible to participate in this round.

WBJEE Round 3 Counselling and Seat Acceptance Fee
WBJEEB has prescribed a non-refundable counselling registration fee of Rs 500 for candidates participating in the mop-up round. Candidates are advised not to wait until the final date to complete the registration, fee payment and choice-locking process.
Candidates who receive a seat in the Round 3 allotment will also have to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 5,000. The fees can be paid online using the available payment methods, including:
- Net banking
- Debit card
- Credit card
- UPI
Candidates should download and retain the payment receipt and confirmation page for future reference.

Who Can Register for the Mop-Up Round?
Fresh registration is open to candidates who have qualified WBJEE 2026 but did not participate in the previous counselling rounds.
The following candidates may register for the Round 3 mop-up counselling:
- Fresh candidates who did not register during the earlier rounds.
- Previously registered candidates who were not allotted any seat.
- Candidates who were allotted a seat but released or withdrew from it within the prescribed deadline.
- Other eligible candidates permitted under the WBJEEB counselling rules.
- Every candidate participating in the mop-up round must submit a fresh choice list. Choices submitted during the earlier rounds may not automatically be considered for Round 3 allotment.
Candidates should carefully arrange colleges and courses according to their actual preference because the allotment will be based on the candidate’s rank, category, submitted choices and seat availability.

How to Register for WBJEE 2026 Round 3?
Candidates can follow the steps given below to complete the WBJEE 2026 Round 3 counselling registration:
- Visit the official WBJEEB website at wbjeeb.nic.in.
- Click on the WBJEE 2026 Round 3 counselling or mop-up round registration link.
- Log in using the WBJEE application number and password.
- Fill in the required counselling registration details.
- Pay the Rs 500 non-refundable registration fee through an online payment method.
- Select the preferred colleges, institutes and engineering branches.
- Arrange the choices in the correct order of preference.
- Review and lock the final choice list before the deadline.
- Download and save the registration and choice-filling confirmation page.
Candidates must complete the process by July 26, 2026. The WBJEE Round 3 seat allotment result will be released on July 28, 2026.
Round 3 is the final seat allotment round for WBJEE 2026. No further allotment round will follow after July 28, 2026. Missing this window means losing access to state quota engineering and pharmacy seats.
