KIET Ghaziabad and JSS Noida are both private universities, affiliated to Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University. Although the CSE programs offered at both universities are more or less similar, there are a number of points that can be taken into account while choosing between these two institutes.
Ranking: KIET and JSS are high ranking AKTU affiliated universities. However, KIET ranks second in the top AKTU private engineering colleges, while JSS ranks fifth.
Location: While JSS Noida is centrally located within the Delhi-NCR region, KIET is located on the outskirts of the same region. Due to this, the connectivity of the former is much better than that of the latter.
Placement: The placement rate at KIET for CSE students was around 90% in 2019 placements. The average CTC offered was 4 LPA, whereas the highest CTC offered was 27 LPA. Renowned companies such as Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, TCS, Jaro, Byjus, Adobe, etc. recruited a number of students.
