Overall its great and its a proud feeling to be studying in the college run by the government and and its very difficult to get admission in such college. The infrastructure is old and the office staff (non teaching) is a not very helping in nature but overall we can thrive through it ?
Curriculum is good but is being improved by increasing the time for practical skills, etc. Exam structure is simple there is one final examination at the end of each academic year which is preceded by internal exams which whose marks are also included in the final marksheet as internal assessment
It does provide internship and gives good stipend. As it is a government college the government provides the stipend. Recently the stipend has been increased after demands. Usually the internships are of one year and are compulsary for all those persuing MBBS from our college
1) Ganesh festival It is celebrated and there are sports , cultural events , etc 2) Gathering It is celebrated with grest joy and is a big event including cultural night, dj night , sports week , and many other things
It is feasible as it is given by the government and the structure as compared to the private colleges is negligible, although the fees is a good amount but as according to the course it is very less and can be afforded by poor background also with the help of the scholarships, freeship, etc
There are many government given scholarship and freeships that are available and the college provides them all. They differ according to the category of the student. The EBC scheme provides 50% reimbursement of the tuition and development fees to the economically backward so does the EWS reservation (it waives the 50% ) other schemes for sc st are different and some provide full reimbursement
It us good especially at the time of events many quizes are organised other events like singing ,dance, etc are also done. Sports is also given importance in the events and there are different sports like Cricket ,football, batminton, wollyball ,etc.

By appearing for the NEET UG exam ,later a state merit list is issued by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) and the college is alloted according to the State merit list number and preference forms filled by the candidates.
Teaching staff varies from dept to dept but overall there are good and bad in every dept. (As far as teaching is concerned) but all are very helping. The teaching is by the PowerPoint presentation and it helps in understanding due to good images of the concept
They select 130 students per year. From this 130, 25 seats are for girls, 105 seats for boys (including 10 seats for SC/ST candidates).
There are many positive remarks about our college like its strict about rules and regulations and this keeps the students in discipline. There is no negative remark of our college except that it is in the outskirts of the city.
Our college is a very well developed college because of all of the cultural events which are set up by the faculty to encourage the social capabilities of the student. The student participate in those cultural activities with a lot of enthusiasm.
The only negative thing of our college is we the students of AFMC after our studies we arr bound to serve in the Indian army for atleast seven years other wise we have to pay the money for going outside Rest everything is absolutely good

I gave NEET UG 2019 entrance exam. A state merit list was prepared based on it. Accordingly I was alloted the college. I visited the college then submitted my documents and fees required. My admission was done.
Being in medical college placement and job opportunities does not mean much. But the college provide internship in their very own hospital. I am of unaware of stipend here. But for medical intern it should be 6 thousands to 8 thousands.
college is located at a very prime location in Mumbai. it is well connected via railways and airways. it has a very clean environment and healthy too. it has appropriate no. of patients and ambulance. the patient flow is very good. the canteen facility is also nice.
Overall experience is quite good. Good people, little much of politics, fun, enthusiasm, competition and all. But this is what life is composed of right.
