It is a relatively good college to study management and technical courses in Patna.
Course curriculum is well drafted. The syllabus is prepared after recommendation from professors of multiple universities. Classes are organized regularly and so are the examinations. Discipline is the core of education here. Multiple co-cirricular activities are also organized for overall development.
Placement for management studies are good. It can be improved for computer applications faculty. What's assured is you are equipped with essential skills that will help you in off campus placements and walk ins. College assists you in skill development, prior training and essential communication as well.
Various technical, cultural activites and workshops are organized. College has in-built clubs such as cultural, sports and Business club. Annual sports event is organized every year. This includes sports like kabaddi, badminton, and indoor sports such as caroom and chess. Industry professionals from various sectors also visit the college for guidance and motivation.
This is the best part Fee structure is really feasible. For BCA, it was 85,000 plus examination charges during my batch. Payment mode is thourough challan. Whole fees is structured semester wise. College has its inhouse bank branch and atm facility for convenience.
No. Scholarship is available for SC/ST candidates only. They pay only half of the total fees. Also, they can avail government's scholarship for SC/ST.
Campus life is good. There is a well maintained garden, adequate parking space and spacious classrooms. Gender ratio is also fine. Computer labs are well equipped. Multiple competitions are also organized within and outside the college. A no of technical and non-technical workshops, seminars are also organized.
No, the hostels were in construction phase that time. Since they were not fully built, specification of facilities would be difficult. However, fees would not be that much expensive, I guess. The location is also centrally placed.
Alumni network is strong enough. There are around 5k members for now working in government, banking, IT and fashion industries as well. The alumni association also organizes multiple events including Holi Milan, Annual meet and a lot more. Alumni also help in getting placement opportunities.
There is an entrance exam organized, on the basis of which shortlisted candidates are called for PI and GD. On the basis of performance in all 3 stages, 1st 2nd and if needed 3rd merit list is prepared. Entrance exam consists of questions related to aptitude, English and basic computer knowledge.
There are sufficient number of lecturers ranging from young professionals to professors with vast experience. These include alumnus of NITs, head of department of multiple colleges as well. The faculty also helps students at personal as well as professional levels.
My plan after getting BCA degree is to join mca and get mca degree because in BCA there is less salary from 5 th semester student is eligible placement recently sony and LG company came here to take students to work in a company But there is a lack of proper placement in my college I think because BCA students are not highly qualified for a corporate job
From the second semester, students are eligible for placements. Very few companies offer placements. The Average package is approx 5 lakhs yearly. It totally depends on students to get placement. My plan is to for higher studies like MCA.
From the final year, I.e., the third year, they are eligible for Campus placements. Many companies like HCL, Lenovo, Wipro, etc visit college. The highest package offered in on campus placement was 8 LPA and the average package was 4 LPA. Only 35-40% of students get on campus placements and for that, you must have good academics and also they will check your co-curricular activities. You can take off campus placement to have a more good package. I have planned to give the GATE exam after graduation and have MCA in any good college in Delhi.
The admission process doesn’t require clearing the entrance examination and it is solely based on your 10+2 marks to enroll in the college. The college administration accepts the online and offline submission of forms along with necessary documents.
The college does not provide any internships and placement to the students. The students have to look after their own for jobs or else they can further pursue studies for better career opportunities.
That is a minus point of college because my college never provides an internship or placement. But all situation and condition are right and true.
It's very popular and fast getting job .It's exam structure is very fine and experiencefull.i think that is very right place to complete bca.the exam is very tight .It's conduct in the camera area and the investigator are very rude.they can not help in any answer.
I just wanna highlight one bad point of my college that here 75% is attendance is compulsory but the problem is that it is very difficult for us to reach that percentage of attendance. If any student is having 74.4% then she should get the chance to fill the examination form but here in my college it is not allowed so that student has to suffer a lot. There should be some flexibility in this rule. Every working day I attend my lectures and always get new experiences. Everyday I learn something new. The environment of my college is very well disciplined and there is an anti ragging cell too. Very clean environment , fresh air, greenery, etc. all these things have made this college more special. Mobile phones are not allowed in my college.
