NCHMCT JEE was the exam conducted to get the admissions in college. Hotel Management was the only course i was interested in. There was only exam no interview.
College placements are offered and the college make sure that all students are placed as internship bieng an integral part of the course. The stipend range from 800-2500 per month
Quite good amt of jobs are offered to the srudents as the amt of increasing hotels in delhi ncr. A lot of big companies come for placement.
45k approximately for a sem is the fee structure. It is quite acceptable as a lot off food intake is there for demonstration. And the mess food is also free.
Any good scholarship / loan facility offered by your college that you know of or availed.Only write of the ones which have availed or have good knowledge about. Also take a cue for any kind of loans availability.
The college only hai 120 seats per year. So that bounds up to 350 student max out of which 60 are on internship. So low student count makes campus life boring.
Senious have been quite suppotive and bieng a ragging free college it is always good to interact. College also organise special event fir interaction among the students.
Exams are very oftenly conducted i.e. Every month and sometimes 2 - 3 in a day.Apart from semester exams.
The faculty is not so good they possece knowledge bt are not so corporative and student basicaly has to run after them to acquire knowledge. Or he is on his own.
The last year of graduation is when you can start applying for placements in various organizations. The average package in a year reaches about 5 lakhs. It is quite simple to understand that good placement requires a good percentage for a student to live a nice life after college. My plan is to seek a nice job in an area like a technical area where I could work with great efficiency to reach good heights.
BSc Mathematics(H) might seem tough just listening to the name. But core structure is defined in such a way that it does not put pressure on students. In the first semester, students have 2 core subjects, 1 Generic Elective, 1Aecc Core subjects - Algebra, Calculus Generic Elective - It is totally based on the choice of the student. They can choose any subjects from the choice given by the college. AECC - There is a choice between English and environmental studies. But most probably in the first sem, anyone is taken by college and another in the second semester. In the second 2 core subject change to Differential Equation and Real analysis. Teachers are highly qualified and most of them have done their PhD's. They are very helpful. Some of the teachers are not only teachers but they are kind of stress busters too. They have fun while teaching and we students enjoy while studying.
Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.
There is no placement cell in the college and therefore the students have to find jobs on their own!! This is a drawback but because of the name and fame of the college one doesn't find it much difficult to do so!
From the 6th semester, students are eligible for campus selection. Many companies visit our college with various good offers. The highest package any student can grab is 10 lakh with a minimum is 3 to 4lakh.percentage of students receiving placements fully depends on their performance. For many years 30 to 40 percent of students have got it. I planned to get good placements and further build my career.
The college has an active Placement Cell. It organizes workshops, seminars and provides placement and internships in a wide range of profiles. Major placement opportunities are available to BCom students. Final semester students become eligible for campus placements. As per the stats of 2019-20, the highest package offered was 9 LPA and the average package was 4.3 LPA. Major job profiles were finance, audit, sales, marketing, consultancy, HR operations, etc. and 96+ companies were associated including KPMG, EY, PWC, Deloitte, Decathlon, UrbanClap, Genpact, Chegg, Wipro, FIS, Teach for India, Josh Talks, Inshorts, Careers 360 and many more. However, the percentage of students getting placed is not much greater because most students don't sit in campus placements and go for masters. Generally, BCom graduates are offered better profiles in big companies (KPMG, EY, Deloitte, etc) I am planning to go to MCA after my graduation.
Students become eligible for campus placements from the 3rd yr itself. They go for both on and off campus placements. Many of them go for higher studies as well. I got to know that one of the seniors got placed in Google last year and got a package of 13 lac p.a. I personally wish to go for civil services.
WELL, for the Science graduates.. the placements are not ready on your plate just after we graduate as we have to go for the Masters's as well, and then we have that level from where we can get placed via giving entrances like UGC NET and CSIR NET. However, the way to apply for the govt. jobs like: UPSC, SSC, etc. get open as we get graduated.
the college is situated in the east of Delhi region and is affiliated to DU and offers only courses related to nursing and medical fields. the college opts for the entrance test for the admissions in the college. the college admissions is based on the admission list prepared by the college on the basis of marks scored in the entrance test.
no the college doesn't provide internship to the students but there are several medical associations and chambers who visit the college campus for the placements to the students but only can make it. the remaining rest will have to look on their own.
