Good facilities and infrastructure. WiFi facility is available in Hostel with required restrictions. The college has a canteen facility for staff and students. The college has an auditorium facility for events and seminar.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
Since the college provide good infrastructure and good results the annual fee is neither cheap nor expensive. For management seat is 1. 9 lacks annually and for merit sear around 86k. The college also provide good atmosphere and landscaping.
PLACEMENT WING
Basically in architecture colleges they don't provide an internship. The students are required to work as a junior architect under any COA registered senior architect or in any architectural firms. Being a good architect require more practical experience. After completing the course we are free to join in any firms but under one condition. We need to have better portfolios when applying in any firms.
ADMISSION
When I was in 8th, my teacher, who was one of my favourite guide told me that it would be nice if I join for architecture after 12th graduation since I used to sketch quite well, but I was not at all aware of such a course at that time. Then after my 12th examination, I was totally confused in choosing a degree. I used to hate maths during schooling so I was never willing to choose engineering as my degree as well as I hate medical subjects because I was never a bookworm. Learning by heart the whole syllabus which doesn't include any brain work makes me bored. I prefer practical learning over theory. So while thinking about what to choose as my careeri suddenly remembered what my teacher had once told me and searched about architecture.
ALUMNI
Generations of past students, both male and female, are proud to be known and enjoy maintaining their connection with the college and each other. The college conduct annual alumni meet for the pass out students.
FACULTY
Our college have more senior facilities whose has a lot of experience and knowledge. They are very helpful for us and support us in every situation. All the facilities are approachable and educated. There is also 2 civil engineering facilities for teaching mechanics.
CAMPUS LIFE
The college also focuse on extracurricular activities which include writing in magazines, sketching activities, sports etc. There is also an annual sports meet for inter colleges football matchs. The labs offer ever equipments required for the students and the management used to update the requirements of the students and facilities. The Library stuffed with quality books is assisted by qualified and dedicated Librarian. International and National Books and Journals make the library most preferred. There are more than 5000 E-Journals in the library.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
After joining for architecture I understood more about art and architecture and also how these both are related. B Arch is a 5 year degree course which include 10 semesters in which first 2 semesters are combined. Each semester will be around 6 months and after that there will be a university examination. The course contain more practical and workshop class than theory classes. Though this course have a lot of work pressure and workshops it is more exciting and interesting to learn architecture.
COLLEGE EVENTS
Every special days are celebrated in the college. Our college also have an annual symposium named as REVIT and ARCLAYS. Extra curricular activities and cultural programs are also being conducted in the college. During every Thursday's, students of the batches and facilities used to conduct Thursday programme, which include talk series of famous architects etc.
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
There are certain scholarship for students like kanyashree is one of the leading providing girls with an average result of 75% in 12th grade with a fixed amount of money for their further studies so the poor family don't have to struggle and the students with capabilities can study further.
