Remarks :

College management doesn't help us in getting a job. They just train us and send us to the Aviation industry.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course consists of 5 semesters of in-campus training followed by 6 months on job training. Exam is held at the end of semester. Paper 1, 2 and 3 are organized by DGCA need to be qualified also. 70% Marks is the minimum passing marks in each paper. DGCA tekes paper every year.

Placement Experience :

Placement is the big issue in this field and in this college. You need to search the job with your own by submitting your resume to different airline carriers. Your seniors can help you with it. As far as OJT is concerned, college can help you with it.

College Events :

Vishwkarma Puja, Independence Day, Republic Day, Establishment Day, Farewell to seniors.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Program fees were 95000 per year. They accept cash/cheques. An additional fee of 11000 is taken at the time of admission for the study materials. Some fees also taken for the blazers.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No I didn't avail any of it.

Campus Life :

Gender ratio was something like 10-12 girls every 100 students. College has NO outdoor game facilities but can issue sports equipments and sports activities can be performed in nearby veterinary college's field. Extracurricular activities are not actually supported by the institute.

Hostel Facilities :

No. I didn't stay at hostels because I had my own accommodation but the institute provides hostel facilities if someone needs.

Alumni/Alumna :

Yes they are helpful. Specially when we enters the aviation Industry in search of a job, they help in finding one.

Admission :

I got the admission in the college through an entrance test. I chose this institution for affordable fees. The course provides a career in the field of Aviation Industry as an Aircraft Mechanic.

Faculty :

At least 4-5 theoratical and 2-3 practical periods each working day. Faculties are well experienced and qualified. Classrooms are equipped with projectors. The institute also has it's own 2 Aircraft, one light aircraft and another heavy category aircraft for the purpose of training. Instructors also have relevant DGCA papers.

Remarks :

Under the Trust, at present there functions three (3) Degree Colleges and a Nursery School. Of these, the KVVS College of Science and Technology, Adoor, Pathanamthitta District was the first college started by the VVEE Trust is the year 1995. There after started 2 Colleges - V VCollege of Science and Technology in Kanchikode, Palakkad and K.V.V.S Institute of Technology, MCA College, Adoor, Pathanamthitta. The two Colleges at Adoor are affiliated to University of Kerala and Palakkad College affiliated to the University of Calicut. These three A Grade colleges running in full strength and reputation. Efforts are already on for starting other educational institutions like Engineering/Pharmacy colleges in the State. VVEE Trust offers a variety of incentives for promoting higher education for members of the Vanika Vaisya community. A unique such feature in respect of VVEE Trust Colleges is there is no donation for admission and also offering fee concession for the students belonging to Vanika Vaisya Community. Fee concession is being given to poor students from other communities as well. The first educational initiative of the Trust started with the setup of a KVVS Central Nursery School in the premises where the Head Quarters of KVVS and VVEE Trust are situated, the school continues to function today.

Remarks :

The college is overall good but I have suggestion that it must upgrade its infrastructure as we had mutiple places in terms of having classes. We had attended classes in different building located across different locations in the city. The main building was only meant for freshers.
