REMARKS
I am definitely in love with the college management and the focus they give on each student's.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
My course fees is around 60k/year which is really low if we look at other colleges for the course. And this is the fees for BCA in Analytics. If u luk at the regular BCA then the fees is even low as 50k/year. Also there are various scholarships which ease the pain of the deprived class.
PLACEMENT WING
Placement is good. In my course the highest package last year was 5Lk/annum. And as I talked with my seniors I got to know that there is an aptitude test followed by group discussion then interview. The institution helped the students a lot as the 5th and 6th semester focusses on industry driven practices such as preparing us for GD and all.
ADMISSION
There is a quota for above 90 percentile students who can directly go for the walk in interview. In the interview they asked about the course I am applying for and why that. They asked about me and the place from where I have come and my schooling etc. And I got selected after that.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
There are around 4 hostels for boys and 6 hostels for girls. So according to the strength of the college this is more than enough. Hostel charges are ranging from 6500 to 7300 per month depending upon the facilities u r choosing. The nearby PG cost from 6000 to 11000 per month.
ALUMNI
I have known few of the alumni who have got a respectful position in their field of work. And one thing which all have told me is the discipline which the college has inculcated in them.
FACULTY
About 90 % of the lecturers are Ph. D holders and have a deep knowledge about the subject. They also have a industry experience which helps them and us to lighen us about the future ahead of the technology we are learning. Even if we are having doubt about outside the subject we can freely ask them.
CAMPUS LIFE
The main beauty of the college is in its gender ratio because it is around 51:49 boy to girl. The college has students from North east to Gujarat from Kashmir to Kerala. And also many foreign nationals. All class of the society prevails over here with no gender or class biasment.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
The course is vast. We learn around 6 technical languages along with many practicals subjects as well. With language as a add on. The planned course is industry driven and plans to make student ready for the competitive world ahead. I have also got opportunity to work for the college for making their fest website and school websites too.
COLLEGE EVENTS
Kalajyothi, Sports Day, Annual Day, Synchronise, Etena, Xactitude. Students take active interest in participating in these events bcz the environment make the students strive hard for this. As the college has a quadrangle situated in the center of the college hence all the events are accessible to everyone.
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
Yes I opted for the scholarship. There are various kinds of scholarship but I opted for merit scholarship as I scored more than 80 percentage. Hence I got that.
