I chose this course because I wanted to explore the hotel industry. The faculty is very supportive and very educated. They all were working in good 5 star hotels 30:70. Term exams were semester wise and there was the internal assessment that helps students in knowing the pattern of semester exams. And the internal assessment marks were added to the semester. So if u didn't perform well in the semester assessment marks can save you. It's not that difficult to pass you can go through the past year papers and study.
All the reputed 5-star companies come to our college for placements such as Tah hotel, Oberoi group, four seasons, st.regis, ITC hotel, Starbucks, and many more such brands. IHM Mumbai is the oldest Hotel Management institute in India and is a prestigeous college. The faculties are also very experienced, helping and friendly. The campus is very small as compared to other colleges annd also the infrastructure is not very well maintained. The building has many cracks as it is very old. The campus is neat and clean and hygienic. This college offers one of the best placements and exposure in this field.

Since you didn't get the hostel in the first year so the expenses for living will be very high as sky touching. The pg will take upto 13000per month for six sharing plus deposits and other charges. So i suggest you to take flat in sharing. Also for the night you have to arrange your dinner from yourself and morning breakfast also. Because college is going to provide you only the lunch
