If the college is made as an autonomous institution that may further help in betterment of all aspects with the induction of an efficient management.

  • ENTRANCE PREVIEW

Had cleared MAT and CAT with 97 and 87+ percentiles respectively and opted the college as I had prior experience in power domain.

  • FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES

As the college is directly under the ministry of power govt. of India so the fees is reasonable and should not be said as expensive to be borne by parents/students.

  • 9/10Ratings

Various cultural and technical programs as well as alumni meets are organised and participation level is good. Although, I feel that more no. of such events should be organised.

MY VIEW

Remarks -

The college has very strict rules. There are timing restrictions as well like you cannot leave the campus after 10:30 pm which i feel is not required for a MBA student, also the college does not support any club activities. The mess is over crowded and you have to stand in long lines waiting. The placement is also average. The positive side is you get to interact and connect with a huge crowd and get to learn new things from people.

Seniors from my department were very friendly starting front he beginning. They guide us to what exactly to do out here in the department and they always did encourage us to pursue things at a much higher standard than what they did. Even now for our placements we are in touch and they are also helping us out.

No entrance exam and scored 78 percentile in my graduation . I opted this college because it provided the best roi possible for me with the score and other reason was if there is nothing negative to say about it. Even it is flexible to some extent,if lot of students want a particular thing to happen which is of great use to everybody, you can see that it's implement such direct effect from the directed itself.

This course has helped to face the real world and the demands of corporate pressure simultaneously with studies even before I finished my post graduation. Believe me I would have been lost after completion of my course understanding how corporate world operates and works, but at SRM I was relieved from all those worries.

There are 3-4 rounds conducted at the time of entrance, while the entrance test is pretty tough other aspects like the Gd and interview session are easy because they do not reject much students.

A good learning experience about the corporate world as well as about life on how to tackle any situation in life with ease and without panicking. There are less people who are mature enough to let it go.

The management of the college must focus on reducing the stress of the students by organizing more events and providing break time after every lecture to give students time to boost up their energy.

You must be a graduate in any stream with minimum 50 percent aggregate marks. The following are the exams that are valid for admission-CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT. Finally you have to appear for group discussion and then it is followed by personal interview.
