I like the college building and it's surrounding, it's location, the greenery, pollution free environment And basically i was selected on the basis of merit and i got that college on the basis of my marks in the entrance And i like this college very much now as everyone here is very interactive and we have many extracurricular activities so overall i love my college.

PLACEMENT WING
Placements and jobs are excellent as it is a government college. We have an attached hospital where we have to do our internships. So the college provides every help regarding our practical experiences and we can interact with various patients as it is usually flooded with patients everytime.

COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
Yes we are provided with every facilities like we get a proper practical exposure with cadavers. Every practicals are done properly. Faculties are very experienced. Then theoretical classes are also done with slides which are really very helpful. Even the faculties are helpful and give the best suggestions regarding our studies.

COLLEGE EVENTS
Campus is overall good. It is provided with A.C classrooms. We are having different grounds for badminton, football. Many games are organised here. Then we also have annual fest which is organised every year.

Since the college is still new, the hospital staff and the medical instruments aren't adequate to manage the large patient outflow. But it will surely improve over time. Overall, it's a good college with a large campus that anyone would fall in love with at first sight.

Remarks -

The management system is really poor, unavailability of hostel for girls, poor and old Infrastructure add to them. Actually the facilities which are for Around 150 is being divided among 250 people resulting in problems. Many health related issues are not being paid attention by the principal in many cases. Political pressure on them remains to be a problem.

Murshidabad medical college and hospital situated in Berhampore just right in front of the Berhampore Court Railway station ( easy to travel). It has the best faculty and their teaching method is unique. Seniors are very friendly and cooperative. Overall it is a very good governmental institution.

It was my father's dream to see me as a doctor. And it became my dream too. I didn't get admission in any government medical College in the year I appeared for my board exams. I had to drop a year. I stayed in a pg and attended coaching classes following which I got a good rank. I always wanted to study in a college in kolkata. In the first counseling I got in NRS Medical College. I had opted for upgradation to Medical College Kolkata. The upgradation happened one month later after I had started my classes in NRS. I had already adjusted to the environment and started liking the college. Hence I decided to let go off the upgradation. NRS has a very student friendly environment. I did not face...
