REMARKS
I was interested to build my career in Agriculture sector, so based on my rank i got this college, college have excellent teaching faculties and environment. I opted in B.Tech(food technology) course and completed my entire course just now only. This one is best college in INDIA for food technology, because we secured 1st and 2nd rank in International level Surakshit khadhya Abhiyan(SKA) quiz, conducted by FSSAI and CII.we have strong alumni network and more than 50% of students in every batch get into CFTRI mysore IIM ahemdabad, IIM lucknow, IRMA anand, IIT khragpur, IIT guwahati, ICT mumbai, NIFTEM delhi, IIP mumbai , IIFPT thanjavur.etc and other reputed colleges . And other students choose to do job at many MNC's like Pepsico, Coca-cola, ITC, Parle, Brittania, Nestle, MTR etc.
PLACEMENT WING
Companies like Hunger box, ITC foods, Modern foods, MTR etc. We have strong alumni network with more than 150 different food industries, they help us a lot to get job. Famous alumni is Aditya sharma founder of Induction coaching at Delhi Many entrepreneurs in mushroom cultivation and other integrated farming related fields have made their careers in above fields.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
Hostel is well and good, 3-4 sharing roomas are available. Average rent for hostel is around 2500rs per month. It is very to opt in hostal just fill hostel form, submit 13500rs as caution money and they will issue, a bed, chair, table, cupboard, etc.
CAMPUS LIFE
200 acres land, include indoor stadium for tennis and ball badminton court, table tennis, large ground for cricket, football, running, Olympic games, volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, kho-kho and almost all games. Separate hostels for boys and girls with wifi facility Library with more than 20000 books Gym for both boys and girls All major equipments are available in respective laboratories.

INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES
I interned at ITC Bangalore, in food division in quality assurance team, worked in all over India quality and complaint samples of more than 250+ ITCs food products. Internship can be get by direct apply for it, or by SPARK exam, Interview also.
COLLEGE EVENTS
Campus life is amazing, we have industrial visit in every semester to get more exposure of practical knowledge of food processing industries. Youth festival, college day functions, sports festivals, Mungaru festivals and many other. We have All India trip for 18 days, NSS camp for 1 week, RAWE program for 1 month and industrial experience learning fir 4.5 months.
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
NTSE scholarship for other state students, Vidhyashree and University scholarship for Karnataka state students. Canara bank branch is located in our campus, we can take education loan based on our requirements.
