REMARKS
I came across about the course nanotechnology at Central University of jharkhand through newspaper ad. I find the course very fascinating and also the course was Integrated M.tech course. So, i find it great opportunity to learn about the nanotechnology. Also the fee for the students are subsidised to some extent as the University is under central government.
PLACEMENT WING
There is no placement facility in our course. Most of the students opt for PhD or research assistant. There are not very much industries related to nanotechnology in india. So most of the students have to choose their career as PhD or somehow related to labs. In case someone wants to change the domain, then they either go for MBA or prepare for government entrance exams.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
The hostel rooms are very good and furnished with all basic necessities such as bed mattress cupboard. It is alloted as twin sharing or triple sharing depending upon availablity. There are common washroom area. There are 2-3 common rooms, which has tv and carrom board.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
The course is designed in such a manner that it will expose to both the theory and practical knowledge. All the faculties are either PHD or Post doctoral holder, and also renowned in their field. For the practicals there is not sufficient infrastructure.
COLLEGE EVENTS
It is a green campus and has football court, cricket ground and badminton court. The number of fests are less, 1 or 2 in a year. But all the festivals are celebrated in a great manner. The campus also has a temple.
