ADMISSION
Iihm is globally connected which gives u various opportunities for jobs like in retail, QSR, Hotels, cruises, airlines. I choose this particular college because of it's goodwill. I always wanted to be a successful hotelier and this college is providing me that. For admission you have to go to the website I. e. iihm. ac. in then register yourself give the entrance exam I. e. e-chat, GDand PI and u are done.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
Hostel is provided nearby the college girls and boys separately. Security deposit 10, 000. Per month fee 6000 along with 2 times meal. Facilities Bed, washroom, kitchen, storage, 2 times meal (breakfast and dinner) walk in distance to the college.
ALUMNI
Senior are very helpful. No ragging at all. In fact they tell you how to cope up with the college life u can ask about projects, assignment or any other stuffs.
FACULTY
We get to interact with the group tutor through whatsapp group. Group tutor gives 30 min to the students and give information and solve the queries. If student is going through any issues u can directly talk with the GT. We have main subjects like food production, food and beverage Service, accommodation operations, front office. Which is tought by all experienced faculties. Then the other subjects are like accounts, sales and marketing. Principles and practices of management, computer, communicative English, etiquette, grooming these are very easy to go like subjects.
CAMPUS LIFE
Iihm life is really amazing. We have cafeteria, library, computer lab, kitchen, smart classroom along with CCTV, gender ratio is quite equal people from different places like assam sikkim Punjab Bihar comes to study here. No one gets involved in politics here.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
This institute provides uniform and in first semester classes we tought about grooming and etiquette. Till 6th semester we get PDP classes and communicative English classes. We get Industrial exposure training for 22 weeks of your choice of hotel only if u get select. We get to do Casual training, on job training.
COLLEGE EVENTS
As it is a hotel school every next day is a celebration day like Food fest, rigolo, yco, hospitality day, foundation day, saraswati puja, induction period, sports day independence day, republic day, kiosk, fine dining and many more, like rookie chef competition, super chef competition.

Yes the College offers scholarship programs for the students who got 85% and above in 12th board.
