Good college atmosphere was quite good and interesting bad college was expensive not worth spending.
I took MAT followed by GD and then PI. Results were announced after a week of the process. Loan letter was provided by the college and subsequent application was made in various banks. Faculty was nice and curriculum was of Pune University.
Excellent entire HR,IR,Personnel management subjects were taought alongwith practicals, viva, internship visits etc. Faculty was very helpful in the way they carried the curricculum.
Internship experience was good. There was no stipend as such but other facilities was given. PPO was also offered. Practical knowledge earned through the process.
Placement opportunities were limited due to recession in 9-11 we havent had many companies visiting us but we approached different companies for off campus placements.
Annual day,Fashions how,insignia,HR Meet,Presentation competition cricket tournament,visulas competition,job fair,industry meet,sports event.
Fee structure is very expensive for outside maharashtra students for local students fee is half. Even the university fee is less for them. You may have to take a loan if you are from outside.

The students become eligible from trim 5 for campus placements. The average package offered is around 10L. The approximate companies that visited the campus were 50-60 and the highest package received in the 2021 batch is 22 lacs p.a. 100% batch is placed for summers as well as for final placements and the role offered is also good.
Big opportunity to get easily placement. A lot of companies came every 6 months. There is a special class for students on how to crack interviews during placement time which very helpful for students. The faculty will provide every possible help to get selected for the interview.
From semester 1 itself, students are eligible for summer internships with companies like DE Shaw, Acresium, JP Morgan and Chase, Marsh coming in with various profiles. The highest stipend offered is 1.45 lacks an average being about 25 thousand. From trimester 4 onwards you become eligible for Final placements. Quite a good experience as of now as there is a beautiful balance between academics and extra curricular activities. There are different cells and clubs in ISBM where you learn real life management skills, put whatever you have learnt in your studies. Being a member of lifestyle development cell, I exactly know how important these cells are and may impact on your life.
Firstly I gave CAT and then applied for ISBM, a few days later, got a email that I got selected for the interview process but at the D-Day had to give aptitude exam, wrote an essay , group discussion and then gave interview taken by the President of ISBM.
I applied for the MBA program are granted on the basis of a management level entrance exam like CAT/XAT/MAT. Students have to apply with their entrance scores and academic details like graduation marks etc. The college will invite the shortlisted students for a GDPI round. A merit list is prepared on the basis of all these factors and that's how the entire admission process looks like in our college.
Placements are pretty decent in our college. We got an immense amount of assistance from the placement cell. They have tie-ups with some of the leading businesses of their niche domain. Some of the companies which visited our campus during my batch include brands like TCS, Karvy, Oakland Capital, HDFC, CBRE, etc. The average packages offered were also pretty decent at around 7 LPA.
I absolutely love studying at Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. I get the best faculty possible to teach me the material. Fees is affordable too. If you are thinking of taking admission here, you should.
College is very good. Faculty is world class . Management too is good . But i would warn you that all depends on you . Dont think they will feed you too the mouth. I would rather say the foor is ossom but you will have to use your hands to eat it.
