AdmissionAfter completing my BBA, I decided to choose a different path. Most of my batch mates took admission in MBA. But I decided to pursue graduate diploma in management. I checked online through various college websites. Finally I came across Xavier?s site and looked the course. Located in the heart of the Hi-Tech Park in Kalamassery just off the well-known HMT Road in Kochi. It has its branch in Bengaluru and Chennai as well but I decided to apply to Kochi campus. The eligibility criteria includes minimum 50% aggregate marks in bachelor?s degree in any discipline from the recognized university. The entrance test score of 75 percentile and above was required in either CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, GMAT or ATMA. However the Kochi campus gave a flexibility to students and any student with 60 percentile and above in the entrance exam can apply to the campus. I applied online by filling the application form. I scored 82 percentile in CAT so I qualified the entrance round. This was followed by the Group discussion and personal interview which was scheduled in 7 major Indian cities- New Delhi, Kochi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Kolkata. I appeared in the GD/PI round in New Delhi and it went good. The cumulative list was out within a week and my name appeared in the first list. Finally I paid the first installment that confirmed my admission.

A good college in my concept. A good college with good infrastructure, environment, good placement opportunities etc.
I got admission through the keam entrance exam. I am interested in maths and physics so I chose b tech as my course. I got my college on the third allotment and then took admission there. We had three allotments for our admission. First two allotments I got some other college with the same course. In the third allotment I got admission in my college. There was a set of steps to complete our admission. First we have to be present at the college with all the certificates including sslc, plus two, caste, birth certificate, community. at the alotted time. Then we have to pay the fees and the admission is done.
The university is accredited by NAAC with 'A' grade. More than 130 professionals are available to guide the students. The University has more than 400 affiliated colleges to it with 250 plus programs.
My admission into to the masters of computer application is possible through the entrance examination conducted by the University, CUMAT. I had filled the online application form and on the basis of merit list, I was selected. However, for other courses state level, National level entrance examinations are also considered.
Negative remarks is that the quality of the teachers must be improved to some extent and there should be program for. Training the teachers and the positive remark is that the college provides enough space to explore
For admission in this college, students should've clear their 10+2 examination or its equivalent with main subjects being physics, chemistry, biology and English. Also, they've to clear pharma entrance examination.
While the students don't get internship facility from the college, they definitely get placement opportunities that is provided by the trust that runs the college. Students are placed based on their overall performance.
