As my college, TIFR have won citation award for the clarivate analytics in India research excellence. They also conduct seminar and conferences on regular bases for students. As, TIFR is collaborating with NITI Aayog and Intel company for developing Al led application based research projects. My college is amazing.
Course Curriculum Overview
TIFR exam structure is released in the authorized website. The exam structure is very similar to the typical standard syllabus followed by the institute for B.Sc and M.Sc degree course. The test will be basically covers in 4 topics are Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics. The general questions can vary from very basic to complex, you must be innovative thinker.
Placement Experience
Being a research institute TIFR provide a placement in multinational company. The college faculty recommends students for good placement according to their caliber. The student of TIFR is to find out and apply themselves for internships. Yes nominal stipend is provided like 8000 Rs, monthly. They also provide accommodation and travel cost both. As the students don't have to pay any fee at all, they are provided with a monthly stipend, the amount of which has been set nationwide is nearby Rs. 16000-28000 per month, depending on the course stage, as well as room and foods added.
College Events
TIFR organize lots of scientific as well as cultural festivals in the college. Like National Olympics is organized by college ever year. Many other activities like sports week, annual functions, Independence Day, republic day etc students participate in all the functions with full enthusiasm. Mainly being in an institute, events of newer technology in various fields have been prepared here. A green structure tutorial is been talked.

TIFR is financed by Department of Atomic Energy of the Government of India. The students don't have to pay any fee, as they are provided with a monthly stipend by the college, the amount of which has been set nationwide are in-between Rs. 16000- 28000 per month, depending on the course level, as well as accommodation. Campus Life
TIFR campus life is exceptional. Students can connect themselves in sports activities, workshops, exhibitions and fests. Teachers, students as well as wardens all are very supportive. TIFR has many extra-curricular and scientific societies which frequently participate in national level competition. College also conducts a lot of fests annually.
Hostel Facilities
TIFR is located in a comfortable and well-connected locality in Navy Nagar, has been going through fast area. In these alumni students get together so the pass out students will remain connected to the college. The present college students it is very supportive to the present students to get any help from the seniors. This alumni network makes the students makes tough to fight with problems.
Admission
TIFR offers Phd, integrated M.sc (Phd) and M.Sc programmes to students. The programmes offered to students in subjects like Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Sciences. For admission in TIFR students must hold the subjects like B.tech, B.E, B.A, B.Pharma degrees. Written test is conducted by institute if you want admission in TIFR. The student will be shortlisted and will be called for an interview. The institutes have all distinguished faculty, with world class facilities with inspiring research environment. It is perfect place for aspirant scientist to start their career.

TIFR have a unique environment of research which makes it best research institute of India. The faculties of TIFR are very cool and best in their respective field. The entire student friendly and every student call them by their name. We have exceptional faculty environment with world class research facilities.

Teachers should be considerate to students. They treat students like they are some villians of a movie. Well some students are out of control but there are some who are genuinely good. Parking facility is not good.

College is not very good , but it is Top Ranked Private College in Konkan ! Academically it needs to improve very much ! The faculty staffs needs to be more experienced ! Good college if you are a sportsperson & also if you have interest in other cultural activities :-)

The college management was just running an money collecting machine. there were no payments to the staff. every year most of the staff would resign and they would apply new staff. not only the staff even the principle was changed in last 5 years the college had gotten 5 principles. the college had also not refunded the deposit amount which the had taken from each students during the admission time.
