ENTRANCE PREVIEW
No entrance examination. But faced an interview for the selection process. The selection process is also very simple and interview was majorly on the academics.
FEE STRUCTURE AND FACILITIES
Feasible. No extra fees. The yearly fee was 10000rs. But 1000 were the advance which we have received at the end of the course. For the students from poor background and good score in the graduation, the scholarship was there.
PLACEMENT WING
It was great. In fact, none of the student from MSc. In statistics has been job less. Everyone got job through placements or directly from the company.
EXAM STRUCTURE
Very confusing and difficult to score marks. The exam pattern was like there are five questions without any optional questions. Very few students clear the first year. Out of 60 only 13 to 14 students do able to pass the first year exam.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
Enjoyed but difficult. As far s the course curriculum was concerned, it was straight forward. Theoretically it is very good but no application knowledge except the project work in the second year.
INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES
Did not have internship but we as a group worked on a survey project named "e-banking awareness" and won second prize in the university. No stipend. The project work was like an internship. College provides all the inputs along with the guide and all the necessary documents so that students should not face any problem in collecting the data during the survey.
COLLEGE EVENTS
Annual functions. Fresher's party and send off party. Apart from these we also organized the international conference on statistics called a s ICS. All our previous students and our college alumni, scientists were part of this ICS.
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
Since the course fee was feasible, loan facility was not required. But scholarship was good. Infact many students from our batch received the scholarship as a bright student as well as to poor students.

With respect to Placement and Job opportunities IIT Bombay is one of the leading institutes in India. From our department's point of view also, these opportunities are really good. Yes, the college provides internship to both academically & industrially. Foreign universities collaborate with IIT Bombay for hiring bright merits for academic internship. I personally was hired by a company - Abzooba for data analytics role in Pune. My stipend was 35,000 per month for a period of 2 months.

The sports facilities,labs are well facilitated. The various technical labs are also there which provides overall development of a student studying there. The library is full of various books of knowledge and contains various useful resources and audio visual resources.

I haven't gave any entrance examination,i have opt institution of clinical research India because it is under the best 5 College of Mumbai and the college is also near by my home when i was a child my mom always wants from me to study in this college because at that time in the year 2014 to 2016 it was the best engineering college.

My college performs pretty well in placements.Each department has seperate placement coordinator. Almost all the students got placed in campus placement. College organizes campus placements in the month of july to December.

A place for Research in Economics

The college is very good institute but the faculty is not very willing about the interest of the students regarding placements. The professors are very research oriented which is not a bad thing but it does affect the subject they are teaching. They are very knowledgeable in their own field. The course structure is very good. The campus is fine and there is hostel for all students so accommodation is not problem.

There are no negative remarks about the college. The colleges is very good. It is situated in a remote area still students enroll here in huge numbers. The campus is placed exactly opposite to the Bordi beach which gives a calm and serene atmosphere to students for studying.
