Remarks :

This course has helped me complete my MBA without having to attend a full-time college. This degree is as valuable as any other full-time degree and this is one of the benefits of studying at the National Institute of Management.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course of Masters in Business Administration with a dual specialization is divided into 4 semesters. In the last semester, the student Have to choose their two specialization subjects and also finish a project study based on their chosen topic.

Placement Experience :

Even though this is a correspondence course the college provides placement training to the students who ask for it. Students would have to go to the college or even can ask for online training classes however they would have to go to the campus for the required office for their interviews.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The course fee for MBA dual specialization is Rs. 78700 for 2 years. The fee structure is really feasible and can the afforded by the students who wish to complete their MBA as a correspondence course.

Campus Life :

Being a correspondence course it is hard for students who are away from the campus of the town to attend events or celebrations that are organized by the college. The college invites the students to attend these events if possible.

Admission :

Students seeking admission to this college would have to first send their admission form along with the necessary documents to the head office. They would then then be given a confirmation letter and their student id. After some days the study material and the books will be sent to the students in the given correspondence address.

Faculty :

Since this is a correspondence course we wear in contact with the faculties of the college through online mode. However, the faculties were very patient with every kid and made sure that everyone understood the course materials.

Placement Experience :

From the 5th sem companies start coming to campus, for internship and on the 7th sem for full time roles you can apply, though most of the companies are related to coding and all, they mostly restrict it to CSE, ECE, IT. The numbers of companies visited are going less year by year, more than 80% of CSE , IT guys gets placed every year in average 30% gets dream package, for other departments the numbers are really scarring.

Placement Experience :

The placements are great, a lot of companies and organizations come for campus placements throughout the year and offer all kinds of roles for everyone's requirement. Also, internship opportunities are there. Higher packages go up to around 14-18 LPA approximately. And most average is around 6 LPA. Mass companies also visit for hiring many students. The percentage of students getting placements is dependent on course, computer science students 70-80% get placed by the end of the year. After getting the degree my plan was to work and get on-field experience which is what I'm doing.

Jadavpur University is an esteemed university which is known for its excellent academic record worldwide. The university has the top most faculty members and guest lecturers. This college not only caters to a student's academic success but also provides a lot of exposure through extra curricular events and activities.

Placement Experience :

The placement cell of our college is excellent. Some of the top companies like samsung, dee shaw, optum, sapients etc have hired a number of students from our college. Every year atleast 80-85% students get placed after their final years. Each company conducts a three-step exam which includes coding, written test followed by interview. The placement coordinator is very helpful and reliable.

Admission :

I applied for the JEE-MAIN Exam which is required for entrance in all the engineering colleges. Later, I was selected in the college on the basis of my marks in the exam and allotted a seat according to that. Next, I was called in the college to confirm my seat and to submit the required documents.

Placement Experience :

The college has a very good set of job opportunities with high stipend and job security as HMCE is a private college. The college also provides internship programmes which helps prepare the students for future jobs along with practical experience.

Remarks :

The bad highlight of the college according to me is students are not allowed to leave the campus before the time duration gets over for the law students, their leaving time is 2:00 pm, so they can't leave before 2 without the authorized permission the same way BBA students have to wait till 3:00 pm to leave the campus the second bad highlight is that the security authority does not allow any student to park their cars in the campus they have to park outside the gate where there is enough parking space for cars yes the two wheelers are parked inside.
