The infrastructure of the college is really nice and the life inside the college is highly social. It will feel like your second home. Good quality education is provided by the college and there are no complaints and doubts when it comes to the topic of study.
The course curriculum of fashion designing in this college is completely based on learning everything about fashion and lifestyle. the course duration of fashion designing here is 4 years which comprises of 8 semesters. The syllabus completely focused on comprehensive fashion learning about menswear, ladies wear, kids wear, and other kinds of fashion wear. Labs are very important part of course curriculum here. We have practical sessions along with theoretical sessions. Practical class includes all kinds of drawing and painting designs whatever that was taught in theory class.
The placement cell of the college is very responsible. They always bring good companies in the college and ensures that the students are being placed with good packages in very good companies. internship programs are also offered by the colleges through various companies.
A lot of events in first conducted in the college every year. As for my department, frequently various fashion shows are organised in which students participate and implement their knowledge of fashion full stop it is done on a large scale bases and we enjoy a lot. Fashion seminar and presentations are also held by the faculties of our college so that we can enhance our own skills.
The fee structure for bachelors of fashion designing in karnavati University is 18 lakh rupees for 4 years which accounts to 4.5 lakh rupees per annum. though it is a bit expensive, but it provides us with world class knowledge about fashion unlike any other fashion college in India.
no any such scholarship is provided by the college but if a student wishes to get an education loan for his studies. The college has tied up with many banks. So, if a student wants to avail loan he or she can definitely apply for it.
Extra curricular activities include both indoor and outdoor activities. Sports activities are an important activity in our college. Outdoor games like cricket, badminton and many more are played and indoor games like chess, etc are also available in the college. the environment of the college is completely student friendly and no discrimination is done on any basis.
the infrastructure of the hostel of the college is really nice. It is inside the campus and both AC and non AC rooms are available. There are separate buildings for boys and girls. The security check in the hostel is very very strict and one must abide by the rules of the hostel. there are variations available for the choice of rooms like single rooms, double bed rooms and triple bed rooms are available. The hostel provides a mess card which is approximately of 65000 rupees.
Since, the colleges established in 2017, therefore no batch has passed out yet. So we don't have alumni. But the seniors are really supportive and they never bully or rag us. They always help us through the seminars, presentation, etc.
I always wanted to pursue fashion designing. Karnavati University is one of the best university in Gujarat. I am resident of gandhinagar and when this college was established in 2017, this place has always been a dream college for me. To get into the college, had to give an entrance examination which is design aptitude analysis. The test was conducted in two rounds, round 1 and round 2.
The faculty of this university is highly educated in this field of fashion. All of them have been graduated and post graduated from reputed schools of fashion. They help us a lot and teachers in the best way they could.

There are total 40 seats in Mtech program in Cyber Security. I have got admission in this program through my gate score and rank. The interested candidates willing to seek admission can apply through Gate/GPAT or PGCET score fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria of passing BTECH/BE with minimum 50% aggregate for general category students.
Placement and job opportunities are vary good in the campus .We get the paid or unpaid internship opportunities for internships in various fields like engineering, management , security forces , etc . Almost 70-80% students get placed every year from my program and there are various other courses in which placements are upto 90-100%.
Negative: When I was the student, it has very small building and limited resources, no college bus for students to get proper transportation and no proper play ground. Positive: New campus with huge building and play ground in the campus. Fully functional laboratories with adequate and professionally qualified staff.
Advantages: without these new opportunities, many students would never have realized a college degree was still possible. The advantages include: 1. This competition has driven both the cost to the institution and the price for the student downward due to almost unlimited enrollments. 2. Accessibility Similarly, the online course environment and proliferation of such opportunities enables students to enroll in courses at multiple times during the calendar year and to complete the required work for each course on their own time, that is, around work, family and other personal obligations. Students are also able to complete courses at a single location, usually their own home, a library or some other designated space. The alleviation of time and space restrictions for learning is a tremendous enhancement to this degree completion opportunity. 3. Fulfillment of Dreams Perhaps the most significant of the results associated with these opportunities for many students is the realization they are able to earn a degree, which might have seemed unattainable until now. Many of the barriers to completion are removed from their paths and a college degree is suddenly within reach. Disadvantages: capitalizing on these opportunities may come with some risk. Coherence of the Degree Program When students take advantage of the multiple and varied opportunities for completing courses that enable them to advance their degree, they often succumb to the simple criterion of availability — if it meets a requirement, it’s okay. This principle might be true, but the relationships of the total curriculum could easily be lost in the disconnectedness of taking courses from many different sources. This is not to say students do not learn from each course, but that the integration of course content may not be obvious when left to the individual students to infer. 3. Vulnerability Unfortunately, there are course and degree “providers” engaged in this new opportunity that are not as ethical, or even legitimate, as most are. Misleading advertising can be very compelling to the eager and unsuspecting student, especially since there has been so much positive press about these expectations and opportunities. However, diploma mills do exist, and the student is responsible to verify a provider’s status. Also, some institutions may mask their lack of specific accreditation(s) in order to attract unsuspecting students. Such accreditations can be especially relevant in professional and licensure programs, and even in traditional liberal arts and science, business, health care and other areas.
