    REMARKS

    The college is one of the most prominent private engineering college in the entire north India. The placements of students of this college are very good and becomes better every year. The college has a lot of greenery.

    PLACEMENT WING

    Placements for CSE department are very good with almost every student getting placed. Big company like Amazon also visit here. Highest package was around 31lpa. Every year many students manage to get 8-9lpa package.

  • CAMPUS LIFE

    Infrastructure is good with all the labs perfectly maintained. WIFI is available. Classrooms are nice and spacious. Sports facilities are available. Library is big and has all the books.Medical facilities are also present.

    Course and curriculum is perfectly designed to help students understand each concept deeply and implement the concept practically. Lots of industrial exposure is provided. Teachers are well qualified. You can go and ask your doubts any time.

    COLLEGE EVENTS

    Great campus life as events as regularly held. Various singing dancing and coding competitions are also regularly held. Sports event is also celebrated. Fun filled environment. Students are all friendly.

My LPU

Placement -

For the year 2019, LPU witnessed placements with high salary packages in top-notch companies. As per the placement data of 2019, the highest salary offered was 28 LPA by Amazon. LPU saw participation from over 800 companies in the recent 2020 placements and saw a great jump in the highest package that reached 42 LPA. The highest stipend also touched Rs 80,000 for the final placements in 2020. The placements were segregated as dream packages and bulk recruiters. Apart from the final placements.

Excellent College Life At TIET

Placement -

The placements of Thapar are decent, but there is a bit of decline from 2020 onwards. Still, they are far better than many private Engg. colleges of India. Here you will easily get an average package of 6-7LPA. Also, Those hefty packages of 50LPA are mostly grabbed by the IEP (International Engg. Programme ) students but the B.E. students also get these Dream Packages. The Highest domestic package will be around 35 to 40LPA. But you have to work very hard as the competition is very high. If you are taking admission after 2020 you will have to work hard to grab a decent placement as the number of seats has been increased. After 2nd sem students can apply in different companies for placements. Highest package have gone to like 18 lacks per annum and average package varies between 4-5 lacks. Accordingly getting placed depends on the students but as far as i know almost all the students get placed. After getting my degree I’ll be applying in different companies to get a perfect job.

Only one thing I hate about college is they don't paint the building outside of the whole college for income tax purpose I think this is very disappointing thing of the college But otherwise College is good.
