REMARKS
First of all, it is good college in delhi and near my home. I opted this course because i want to work in the engineering field. i also applied for some other college but unfortunately i did not get admission in that. I liked the teacher and the faciltiy provided by the college.
PLACEMENT WING
Mostly It company visited the campus. They offered role of software developer. No opportunity in core branches. Placment Department is not good. They will not help you. Almuni network will not provide any referal.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
There are no facility of hostel in this college.Pg are available at affordable price.I can not comment on pg price because i was day scholar. You can take information about pg from the college guards or you can see some posters in your campus regarding pg.
CAMPUS LIFE
Campus is good among all ipu college s except main University. Sports facilities is also good but you can play after 2.30pm. Library size is good. More than 30,000 books in library. Lab equipment is not good. They do not have sufficient labs.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
College syllabus was not upto date. They taught us very basic and ancient things which were not useful in today's scenario. They provided industrial exposure through industrial visit (shashra electronic) and also provided some basic course from softcon india pvt ltd. Mostly faculty taught us by notes. Some are good. But mostly have btech degree only.
INTERNSHIPS OPPORTUNITIES
I did my internship from indian railways.
COLLEGE EVENTS
Yes there is one cultural fest named innoviz, which was mostly organised at the end of march. I organised a cricket quiz in that event. There is one technical fest whch was held in month of jan. Sport meet also organised by college in the mid of march. Mostly participation are from other ipu colleges.
