REMARKS
I didn't wanted this college but my rank didn't permitted to go to any other college. I would have liked to be in NIT SURATHKAL which is in manglore. But its ok something is better than nothing. NIT BHOPAL is not that good as suratkal but it has its own advantages. I don't think at the end of my studies I am gonna regret the college. It has all the features anyone would want.
PLACEMENT WING
Placements information like name of the companies coming is drafted on the notice board as per my knowledge. Alumni helps us by refering companies of thier knowledge. As it is an engineering college their is no major start up yet.
HOSTEL FACILITIES
Hostels are granted on the cgpa scored by us in different semesters. Every year hostel changes. Hostels are very old but they are repaired whenever necessary. Facilities are simple mess is there water and electricity supply is there 24/7. In short, everything is kind of good.
CAMPUS LIFE
Campus has many buildings including hostels, teaching block,sports complex, library, etc. All are very well maintained. The speed of wifi is sometimes very high sometimes very low. Labs are well maintained and new equipments are bought every year.
COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW
Faculties handle the course quite well. Course is quite big but still they complete it somehow and we get ready for the exams. We have classes 5 days a week and we have holiday on saturday and sunday. We have 6 hours classes everyday. And its very long and hard to handle. Course is so much that it's never gets completed on time.
COLLEGE EVENTS
Other activities includes sports in which my favourite is cricket. I play cricket every day. Events happens everyday because mostly they are organised by a group of students. These are open for anyone so high participation is seen in these events. Two major festivals are organised in one year. Maffick and Technosearch.
LOAN/ SCHOLARSHIP PROVISIONS
I have not taken any scholarship or loan. I pay whole fees by myself. No scholarship is given by college. Loan can be taken from bank but it doesn't help much.
