Remarks :

Top ranked institute in the country. They have a really strong economics department with a lot of famous alumna like Gita Gopinath and so on. Also studying at Delhi University has always been a dream of mine. LSR is one of the best that DU has to offer.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course and curriculum is pretty good and up to my expectations. Faculty members were also very helpful and knowledgeable. Syllabus is modern and relevant. Course is pretty rigorous though and requires regular studying.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 50000 per year

Placement Experience :

Placement cell is hardworking and provides students with internship opportunities throughout the year. Final year students are allowed to sit for placements and are often placed in good companies.

College Events :

Department fests are held every year and are very well organised. Students from other colleges are encouraged to participate. Apart from this we also have our annual cultural fest called Tarang which is a famous fest in the DU circuit.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I've a interest in English, so i chose English as my main subject and the syllabus is also good as it help us to learn new things about the subject and the teachers are also good in their part. The exam timing is good as 3 hours are enough for a exam like this as we can easily complete the paper in the given time. And the difficulty level is also average as the teachers teach us more than that level so we can easily attempt the exam.

From their 1st semester students became eligible for some internships while for the complete company placement the eligibility is third year. As it is a government institutions so the students studying here has further plan for either studying abroad from here or they prepare for some other entrance exams , placement is not focused in these institutions.

During the last year of graduation, students May get placement but there is a very low chance for BA students. The company that visited in our college is not so famous so I can't get the name of company in my head. The highest package was 10 lakh for a student of Commerce.
