Its a great college for good education and a guaranteed job for deserving students
The college has an excellent curriculum and exam structure. Everything is neatly organized and conducted in a fair and disciplined manner. The college literally aims at making the students job ready and trains them in possessing knowledge and discipline for the same. We even have a 3 month placement training before the placements start. Students are also encouraged to participate in industrial visits and the college provides all the facilities needed for the visit too (like transportation, faculty guides, etc).
The fee structure for 4 years of BTech is around 5 lakhs for day scholars and around 8 lakhs for hostelers. The tution fees is about 1.2 lakhs per annum. If the student wants the transportation facility, it costa extra 20000 per annum. All the other charges are negligible as they already take away the exam fee, library fee, etc along with the annual tution fees. For defaulters in the libraries, there is a fine for late submission that has to be paid ( 10 rs per day ). The food in the college canteen is very affordable and reliable.
No, i did not avail any scholarship or a loan. The college provides scholarships through state government for students whose family income is low. They can avail for the same by applying in the college.
The gender ration is just fine. It depends on the branch of engineering that we are talking about. In mechanical engineering there are about 15 girls in a class of 70 students, while in other branches there are about 30-40 students in each class. There are not many parties or celebrations in the campus. There are many technical workshops in the college. there is no discrimination or violence based on gender, caste, religion, etc. The college is a diverse college and provides a great learning environment. The labs are also very good and are maintained regularly by the respective lab technicians.
No, i haven't opted for the hostel but i can tell a lot about them. The food is good and the rooms are maintained neat and clean. There are people who maintain the hostels and clean the rooms and bathrooms every day. The only drawback is that no non vegetarian food is available in the campus or the hostels. Students can find different restaurants outside the college where they can have a non veg meal. But non vegetarian food is not available in the college premises
The college has great connections with the alumni. Its mainly throught them that the college has such a good placement status.
I got into this college by writing andhra pradesh EAMCET exam in the year 2016. I attended my first class in this college on august 3rd, 2016. I am a student of department of Mechanical engineering. I opted this college because the college has a good Placement history. I chose mechanical engineering because this branch of engineering offers a wide range of jobs in both private and public sectors. The college is very famous for its placements, so much so that about 70% of the students from all branches of 2016-2020 batch are already placed in different multi national companies.
There are more than 100 faculty members working together for better learning. The minimum qualification of a faculty member is an M.tech degree from a renowned institution. Most of the faculty members are graduates from the top colleges like the IIT's. Our principal is also a post graduate from IIT Delhi. The average age of the junior faculty is around 35 years and that of the senior faculty is around 47 years. Most of the faculty members are thoroughly experienced in industrial work as well as in the field of teaching. Hence they can teach and relate their subjects with practical examples, enabling students to learn better
final years students with or without 2 backlogs in previous semesters are eligible for campus placements but must all clear the subjects when relieving from college to placement work. phzer, reddys laboratories, etc are the companies attended to my college. the highest package is 17000 per month by the phzer. 5-10% of students will get a job in placements.
Final year students i.e, 3rd-year 2nd-semester students are eligible for campus placement. Companies like Tata Steel, Isuzu, Asian Paints, Are came to my college for placements. The highest package offered in college Placements is 5.5Lakh per annum by Tata Steel and Asian paints. 15% of students will get a placement within the college.
south based, because of eee branch, good location, good environment, good academic, and i would not want to go in east nits. that's why i selected this nit, it is near Hyderabad and Bangalore so it is also good for jobs
they are giving good job opportunities even after being a new nit. i think if you are doing good in academics, then sure you can get job.yaa but placements are good only for cse, eee and ece. in case of other branches, they are trying to improve. but yaa. all over it is good
nri institute of technology is a very good institute for quality education, here we have excellent faculty members, they teach the students with all the infrastructure, the transport facilities and hostel facilities are very good in NRIIT.
in nri institute of technology every year over 80percentage of the students in final year get placed in good multinational companies with good job payments.
I applied for B.A. as I wished to continue studying Arts. The admission here was through merit-based, and I knew I was selected when they put out a merit list with the names of all the students who had been selected. The rest of the process was easy.
Good placement opportunities were not provided to us. First, there were no campus placements. Even when we went out to reach companies to ask for job vacancies, not a lot of us got good job placements.
