    A lot of companies visit our college.There is a good amount of placement opportunities in our college.Major students are taken by TCS and Cognizant.

    The syllabus of our college is already decided by the university from which it is affiliated.We have industrial training organised by the college.They conduct many seminars, webinars and workshops needed for skill development.We have a good number of experienced faculties ready to support anyone.

    There is technical fest in our college being held every year i.e. Avenir.And they organize many technical events.Students organize department cultural fests by themselves.They involve other colleges for participation.

One of the oldest and best marine engineering college around the globe

Placement -

The college provides for campus placement and one can sit for the placement two times and if not provided with a seat one has to visit companies outside the campus on their own. Almost 60-75% are placed among the batch. Cadets are allowed to sit in campus placement only if one doesn't have any arrears in previous semesters. The placement scenario has changed a lot.

College is quite good

Placement -

Campus placements are good, almost 80% of students were placed in CSE in 2019. Companies like Wipro, TCS Byjus, and more came to the campus. The highest package was quite good, went above 12LPA. The internships were quite good, 60-80% of students got internships from the campus.

Placement -

Placement and job opportunities are not so good. You cannot depend on college to provide opportunities for you and will have to try in campus drives and such. If you want to go for higher studies or such then you'll have no problem.

It was highly recommend by my seniors.after taking admission i literally love this college.i like each and every thing of this college wether its education or faculties or campus.it has huge cafeteria also.


Placement -

There are lots of companies do visit this college campus such as tcs, Infosys,tech Mahindra,byjus,capegemini,star cement and many more.there is one rule that if you got selected in any of them then you cannt able to apply for other one untill or unless the next one have double package than the first one.basically by this rule the other students gets their oppertunity equally.

Firstly I was interested in this college for its infrastructure and location,secondly for being one of the top tier colleges under wbjee and also due to comparatively less tuition fees in the entire course,being a government college


Placement -

Several companies such as Infosys,Cognizant,TCS,CTS visit our college.Average package offered is 3.6 Lpa.This year several students achieved place in major technological company such as amazon through off campus.

Meet the best people in my life here

Placement -

If you belong to IT or CSE department you will definitely get placement as most of companies comes for theses two departments and the packages offered varies from 5lakh to 40 lakh per annum. Other department like EE and ECE has above-average placements. Departments like Civil and Mechanical has average placements. And department like Biotech, Metallurgy, and chemical has worst placement stats so avoid taking theses departments. The college doesn't provide internships, you have to find your own and college will provide a letter of authorization (like a bonafide certificate). The college does fund foreign internships but the condition is that the college in which you got internship must co...
