    PLACEMENT WING

I am pursing Msc. Biotechnology from Delhi Technological University. It is very famous college in terms of placement for the btech student. But when it comes to the Msc. Department very less or I would rather say No company visit our college as such. Companies come for the sales and marketing, data science, data analyst but not for the core biotechnology.

  • CAMPUS LIFE

Infrastructure is awesome here And othere facilities are also there like wifi, gym, equipments in lab You may have food in canteen Library is so huge and good that you could get almost every book. There are also play grounds where you may play any outdoor game And there is also a complex for imdoor games.

  • COURSE CURRICULUM OVERVIEW

No i didn't have neither enough industrial exposure nor the faculties were good. Curriculum is not as good as expected. Teachers put a lot of pressure on students. Few teachers are worth it in department of Biotechnology

Students become eligible for campus placements after they finish their major project, which is compulsory on site experience offered during 4th semester, upon which all twenty-nine credits depend all top-notch companies like Indian Oil, WWF, RMS, CHEORS, Giz, KPMG, TTC, RMS, Aditya Birla group, Indian infrastructure, Solidaridad amongst others. The starting salary range is from five to 14 lakhs per annum. About 80% of students get placed from campus, however, 100% of the students get jobs within 5 to 6 months of getting employed. My plans are to get a PhD from a reputed institution and to further on build my career from there onwards.

Students become eligible to set in the placements from the 3rd semester. A company that visited was Evalue serve and they talked about their company and there was an online test conducted those who passed the test and had good merit were called for the interview from the college. The package provided by them was 3-4 lacks per annum. 1-2 students get placement from the department every year. First, the company keeps the student for internship for 6 months during which they pay a certain stipend and after that, they decide whether to keep the student permanently or not. Most of the seniors also get placed in the field of regulatory toxicology from outside. My plan after getting the degree i...

The review of the most premium medical institute in India.

Remarks -

Being a tertiary care hospital, AIIMS might not fit for students belonging to basic sciences. And for medicos it is the ideal place. Management is good but they dont work even for a single second if their shift is over, so if you got late for something. Better luck next day. In terms of sports, the campus have every court for probably every sports. Swimming, basketball, football, lawn tenis, table tennis, badminton, gym everything is there.

Remarks -

The college name itself is positive where you get to attend the lectures of the highly professional forensic scientist and the star people of the domain getting their experience and their guidance. Negative is the college is run on a old school mind.
