I attend this college due to various reasons, for instance 1- It provides an engineering degree at a cheaper annual fee 2- Air quality of college area is very good 3- It is a Government college 4- I can have a lot of time for myself 5- Entrance exam was not that hard as compared to JEE
I chose this course here because I see students who get the highest package is from this course Here we have 1 faculty to every 20 students so you can get enough time to discuss your project with faculties and get the advice of modifications in your project if any. A lot of professors have completed their PHD in their subjects and some of them have written so many research papers.
this college one provides you ample amount of internship opportunities but this college can surely provide you with a lot of workshops like iot based workshop machine learning-based workshop and android-based workshop and much more but if you are looking for internships I believe you have to search internships all by yourself internships as we are now much with NSUT.
This college didn't have a good placement before but from the past 3 to 4 years we are getting a hike in a placement as well. right now the highest package received last year by some of the students from the Information Technology course was 12 lakh per annum. I know it still certainly has now we are the part of NSUT.
Information technology course here was of only 38000 but not you have to pay an annual fee of 1.5 - 2 Lakh annual because now this college is merged with NSUT. But you can get a lot of scholarships here like any private scholarship, one scholarship is provided by college itself
if you are looking for good campus life in your college then I won't suggest you join this college as it has not a big campus area but we do celebrate technical fest sports fest cultural fest in a college where college students participate not from just our college but we invite all colleges to participate and compete with us in order to make these events more interesting. this college is good for education and to get a package at minimal annual fee but its not take good for your college experience.
No, we didn't have any group discussion for an interview while getting admission into the college. But after getting admission into the college we get some workshops in order to improve our communication skill and our entire personality. if you also want to get admission into this college now then you have to prepare yourself for the JEE examination.
At the end of the third students can sit for placements and the fourth year is basically a placement year for all students. All the dream companies come in the college like Google, Amazon, Wipro, Goldman Sachs, Samsung Zomato, etc if you want then you can also it on college website total placement companies with their no. Of offers clearly mentioned over there. The data is different every year and there no. Of offers also vary. 90 percent of the students placed in the college. and remain percent of students will go for further studies or maybe their own start-up and business. My plans after getting the degree are not fixed right now because first I really want to go with the cooperative sector and then somehow will be involved in MNC and the start-up.
Students become eligible for college placements from the 5th semester and on-campus internships are also there for students. Many companies visit MAIT like Amazon , Accenture, Wipro, Expedia, Hitachi, and many more. The highest package offered is 31 Lpa and the average package is 6.5 Lpa. 80% of students get placed from college. I plan to take a good package in some big company.
Students become eligible for placements in the 7 th semester. Around 25-30 companies visit the campus which includes amazon, Microsoft, Google, Infosys, TCS, etc. the companies made around 300 offers last year. The highest package was 28 lacks offered by amazon. The average package was around 5 lacs. The percentage of students getting placements is 70-75%. I also plan to get a good placement at the university after I complete my degree.
Placement drives usually start from September for students who are in the 7th Semester. Currently, no company has come for recruitment in our college because of the COVID 19 pandemic. Also, our seniors who were placed lost their jobs because of the same. Speaking generally Maruti Suzuki is the biggest recruiter in our college, they hire on the basis of test and PI. Sadly most of the companies that come in our college recruit only tool engineers which is another discipline being offered by our college. Although there is very less scope for Mechatronics engineer still we can approach off-campus placements provided our educational record is good.
Honestly I never knew about this university, but through JAC Delhi i got a better branch in NSUT than I was getting in DTU so i had to take it. I am studying in Mechanical Engineering so it's not very bad. I researched a little bit and came to know that it was closer to home than DTU, plus i had a chance to get a room in hostels. College is in walking distance from metro and the locality i.e. Dwarka is very good. Lots of malls and restaurants plus metro so you can go anywhere anytime. That's what made my decision final.
Because there were no good colleges left. Moreover it was less distant from my home. And it has a good environment to bunk classes and sit on the ground. It has many faculties in this university so one can roam and hang with different faculty girls as their is a crisis of girls in Btech.
The College is very good in every aspect. It offers you a lot of opportunities in which you want to pursue further. The teachers and senior students are very supportive in nature. You will also take part in extracurricular activities. So it provides overall personality development to the students
I took IIT-JEE and got AIR 284 and so IITD (Electrical engineering ) was the best option for me. I was also getting computer science in Kharagpur but Delhi is where most of my relatives live so I chose Delhi.
Once you crack IIT-JEE it's all simple after that. First you decide which college and course to take and then if you get IITD there is a few days admission process. There you will have to pay the fee and fill some forms and you will be given your hostel and your i-cards, medical book etc.
