I choose the Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology because of its placement and top ranking in IPU. Placement and Job opportunities are very good. Many companies visit the campus. Average placement is around 4-5 lac and goes up to 9 lac.
Teachers and faculty members are really helpful and Each program is divided into eight semesters to be completed in a minimum of 4 years. In every semester, courses related to the branch are conducted with theory course supplemented with practical work in each subject. Apart from this, every student is required to take up project work and submit the dissertation report to the institute.
Placement and Job opportunities are very good. Many companies visit the campus and generally, every student gets placed here through campus recruitment. Infosys and Accenture visit campus every year and Average placement is around 4lac and goes up to 10 lac.
First-year fees are around 1 lac per year and you need to submit fees in August/September or whenever the session gets started and it remains same for every year and college will also help in providing all the necessary financial assistance to EWS category students.
There exist eight societies formed by the students and are involved in organizing various cultural activities in and outside the campus Aayam (The Dramatics Society), Funk in Motion, Expressions, Keyara, literary Umbrella, Aura, Phrenics, Affinity.
At the end of the third students can sit for placements and the fourth year is basically a placement year for all students. All the dream companies come in the college like Google, Amazon, Wipro, Goldman Sachs, Samsung Zomato, etc if you want then you can also it on college website total placement companies with their no. Of offers clearly mentioned over there. The data is different every year and there no. Of offers also vary. 90 percent of the students placed in the college. and remain percent of students will go for further studies or maybe their own start-up and business. My plans after getting the degree are not fixed right now because first I really want to go with the cooperative sector and then somehow will be involved in MNC and the start-up.
Students become eligible for college placements from the 5th semester and on-campus internships are also there for students. Many companies visit MAIT like Amazon , Accenture, Wipro, Expedia, Hitachi, and many more. The highest package offered is 31 Lpa and the average package is 6.5 Lpa. 80% of students get placed from college. I plan to take a good package in some big company.
Students become eligible for placements in the 7 th semester. Around 25-30 companies visit the campus which includes amazon, Microsoft, Google, Infosys, TCS, etc. the companies made around 300 offers last year. The highest package was 28 lacks offered by amazon. The average package was around 5 lacs. The percentage of students getting placements is 70-75%. I also plan to get a good placement at the university after I complete my degree.
Placement drives usually start from September for students who are in the 7th Semester. Currently, no company has come for recruitment in our college because of the COVID 19 pandemic. Also, our seniors who were placed lost their jobs because of the same. Speaking generally Maruti Suzuki is the biggest recruiter in our college, they hire on the basis of test and PI. Sadly most of the companies that come in our college recruit only tool engineers which is another discipline being offered by our college. Although there is very less scope for Mechatronics engineer still we can approach off-campus placements provided our educational record is good.
Honestly I never knew about this university, but through JAC Delhi i got a better branch in NSUT than I was getting in DTU so i had to take it. I am studying in Mechanical Engineering so it's not very bad. I researched a little bit and came to know that it was closer to home than DTU, plus i had a chance to get a room in hostels. College is in walking distance from metro and the locality i.e. Dwarka is very good. Lots of malls and restaurants plus metro so you can go anywhere anytime. That's what made my decision final.
Because there were no good colleges left. Moreover it was less distant from my home. And it has a good environment to bunk classes and sit on the ground. It has many faculties in this university so one can roam and hang with different faculty girls as their is a crisis of girls in Btech.
The College is very good in every aspect. It offers you a lot of opportunities in which you want to pursue further. The teachers and senior students are very supportive in nature. You will also take part in extracurricular activities. So it provides overall personality development to the students
I took IIT-JEE and got AIR 284 and so IITD (Electrical engineering ) was the best option for me. I was also getting computer science in Kharagpur but Delhi is where most of my relatives live so I chose Delhi.
Once you crack IIT-JEE it's all simple after that. First you decide which college and course to take and then if you get IITD there is a few days admission process. There you will have to pay the fee and fill some forms and you will be given your hostel and your i-cards, medical book etc.
Follow & Share this college to get information about admission.
