Remarks :

Our college is so good at academic and discipline. It got an award as the best engineering college in 2019 by state government.

Course Curriculum Overview :

All the exam are conducted by BPUT through our college. Yes it our state university for technology so it is reasearched and fair. In our college many seminar are held by top universities and companies. Industrial visit are organised for students. The certificate we get in seminar and competition are beneficial for job. Campus selection are 100%. After that many other courses like BEC, NPTEL are offered by college.

Course Fees : INR 78000 per year

Placement Experience :

Tech Mahindra, Amazon,Asadeltech, HGS, ADP, Kalisma steel, Ways2Capital, Etech, CAVISSON, INFINITE, WIPRO, IBM, TCS, VIVO andany more companies. College also provide in different top universities like CUTM. Twice in a week a class for aptitude is taken by expertise who are working in industries. Approximately 95% students are placed every year.

College Events :

Every Saturday house night is celebrated. A cultural program by our students and competition is held among house students. Fresher party, welcome ceremony,annual function are held also. After that every year festronix also held that is cultural and technical festival in which competition like coding, robotics,robowar, dancing, singing,monoact,idea presentation,ppt presentation, cooking competition, treasure hunt, decoration, photography,roadies, minigames and many more are held. This year there are 60 event in our festronix. Student from other universities and colleges come to participate. Annual sports is also held. Basketball, cricket, badminton,volley ball tournament are also organised.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The total due is 1,37,000 per year. U can pay phase by phase. At once college can only accept 20000 per day. They gave the receipt of payment. No there's no other payment to secure an admission to the course. U can transfer the money to the college account.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes scholarship like Prerna, E-medhabruti are offered by college. You have to submit the certificate necessary for the scholarship to the faculty in the duty of scholarship, they help to provide the scholarship.

Campus Life :

Campus Life is so good. 2:3 ratio of boys and girls. Labs condition is good. There is no ragging and tolerance with regards to gender. Both are treated equally in the college and campus. Birthday celebration is held in the college lawn. Free to move in the campus till 6 pm for girls only.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes I am staying in hostel of my college. The room are big and latrine and bathroom is attached. In 1 at year there are 4 students in a room after that 3 students per room. You can choose your roommate. Aquaguard and free wifi is available in hostel. Bathroom are cleaned by the workers 2 times in a week. No need to pay them. Food is provided by the college canteen. The fees are added in the total due.

Alumni/Alumna :

The senior are helpful. Most of the times senior are the good adviser than lecture. They tell us what is write and wrong. How to behave in the campus, which course is more necessary. They als very friendly to share notes.

Admission :

This is one of the best engineering college in our state. The campus selection is also 100%. As the demand of software is very high now a days. So I choose Computer science and Engineering. First I visited the college. There in the admission section I met with a professor who guided me to get admission. I filled the form for seat in cse branch. Then I paid 2500 for BPUT(Biju Patnaik University of Technology) registration. After some day in 15/06/18 I got call from my college for further admission procedure. For registration confirmation I went to nearest center IGIT,Sarang. There I submitted my all documents like 10th certificate, 12 th certificate,Jee/Ojee exam rank,Cast certificate, Residential certificate, Income certificate. And I got admission.

Faculty :

Our faculty are very knowledgeous and experience holders. There are 30 lecture in our branch. Among them some are fresher and some are experience holders. Average age is Of them is 35. They guide us in our career. Expertise lecture teach us how to work in a company, what are the qualities u must have to be selected in a branded company, what are the trending courses. Yes many of them hold relevant industry experience or certification.

“KIIT” an Open World of Challenges and Joy

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible after the 7th sem itself i.e. the fourth year. There are numerous companies that hire from our college top being, tcs, infosys, delloite, tech mahindra etc. The placement ratio is 100% but the average package is a concern as it just ranges from 3-5 lakhs. My plans are to apply for a placement but also have a backup in place for my personal benefit. I plan to then take up on MBA course and improve my business Iq.

Placement Experience:

From the start of the 7th semester, students become eligible for placements. The placement used to be so good and the graph was increasing exponentially. But for to recession, last year's placements were not good at all. There was almost 100% placement in CSE, IT and CE branches and 80% in ETC and EEE. But due to the recession, it dropped drastically. The highest package provided on campus is 39LPA by media.net, taking only one student. The average salary used to be 12LPA which dropped to 7LPA due to the recession. The condition of placement cells is not good currently and many students are in doubt regarding their placements. Many are opting for higher studies or trying off campus.
