Th3 course curriculum for the PGP HRM is divided into 4 terms which are extensive and good that enables a student to be industry ready and face industrial problems. The faculties teach in such a way that every student gets industry exposure which is really useful in future. Evaluation and credits are given on the basis of assignment, project works, frameworks, vivas, etc. Most of the faculty hold doctoral degrees in management and 80% of them are fulltime while the remaining faculty members come guest lectures and give industrial exposure in the international and domestic level to the students.
In the summer placements drive, there were a total of 190 recruiters and around 547 students participated in the recruitment process. The highest stipend was INR 3.2 lacs for 2 months, the median was INR 1.88 lacs for 2 months followed by the average stipend that stood at INR 1. 8 lacs for 2 months. A lot of new recruiters including Amazon Web Services, Cloudtail, DE Shaw, Deloitte offered internships to the students under the consultancy, finance, operations, and various other sectors.
The placements at IIM Indore witnessed 100% records for all the PGP programmes. Companies like Accenture, HDFC, KPMG, Deloitte, BCG, etc visited the campus and recruited students under the consultancy, finance, IT, sales & marketing, sectors. The highest CTC offered was INR 50 LPA, followed by the median salary that stood at INR 22 LPA. There was an increase of 23.5% in the highest package offered this year.
The fee structure for PGP HRM is around INR 16.26 lacs which is comparatively lesser than other IIMs. However, there is financial assistance offered by the institute to the meritorious and deserving students such as the Need Based Financial Assistance (NBFA) and a merit-based scholarship like State bank of India Scholarships and Eicher Scholarships.
IIM Indore campus has all the basic facilities that a student requires such as a cafeteria, food outlet, sports arena, billiards, basketball and football court, swimming pool, gym, etc. The library at IIM Indore is awesome with a huge collection of online resources and databases for the student's reference, this can be availed for project purposes. The classrooms are spacious with high tech projectors and sound systems.
The hostel life at IIM Indore is great as the atmosphere is homely and you can never feel bored. The rooms are comfortable with cosy beds, a large wooden wardrobe, table and chair. The hostel blocks are separate for both male and female students. The mess offers some of the best and delicious food options to the hostellers.
The personal interview process was conducted for 20 to 25 minutes hardly and the panel members demanded clear cut answers. After going through my resume, they asked questions related to my work experience and academic experience. Later questions relevant to HRM, budget issues, the current scenario in the marketing world were asked.
Placement is 70-30 . In masters, 3 sem, the students are eligible for internships and jobs, which the college provides to every student. Every year number of media hubs visit the college to select the students appropriate for their jobs. I always wanted to be a Public Relations Officer, which I will be specialised in second year of the course. I can opt for a specialised subject in 3 year.

The placement is really good. Generally, From the 3rd semester's students become eligible for campus placements. Various good companies like Asian paints, ICICI bank, Axis bank, XL Dynamics, Moira sariya, Byju's, Jaro education and many more visited till now. The average package is approximate 4 lakhs.
They are good but not good with placements and Industrial training
I have a valid score of 76% in the MAT entrance exam. And then, I fill out the application form and then, I was selected for a Group discussion and then based on my score in GD, I was selected for a personal interview.
The college provides placement and internships to the students. The placement opportunities of our college were good, around 80% of the students were placed and companies like Amazon, S&P Capital IQ, Deloitte, etc. visited our college for placement.
No I don't have any negative remarks for this collw.Eveeyone enjoy this college usually and got the best response and feel worthy.We learnt a lot in this college and will take many things as a memory from this college and want to suggest everyone to life your life in this college.
