Gender diversity 80:130. 20% batch has work experience. The faculty is average and above average. Few professors are extremely good. Term exams were conducted timely. The exams were mainly case-based and were not very difficult to pass.
There are many opportunities for SIP companies like ICICI, Techvantage Tata AIG HDFC to come for placement. Domains- marketing, finance, Operations, HR. Highest stipend- 3,00,000. Companies are floated for all the domains and 99% of students are placed in good companies.

Campus life is good. There are many clubs and committees that are run by students. The classrooms are also well furnished with projectors. Hostel rooms are spacious and mess food is also good. There is a library too.

Online vs offline education was the topic for WAT. The interview questions were mainly gk based and basic HR questions. The process for admission was easy and other criteria were school marks and work-ex.
Students need to have a Summer Internship Placement after the 1st year of their MBA and then final placements after the 2nd year of the course i.e. after completion of the course. And placements are decent here. We get top brands as well as start-ups offering high to low stipend and CTC.
The institute has a 100% placement rate. IIM Jammu's average package for the year 2020 stood at INR 10.64 LPA whereas the highest salary package stood at INR 24.5 LPA. The institute saw participation from various companies like Deloitte, Tata Power, Ramm Group, Tech Mahindra, and many more.
