I took admission to this college through DU-JAT. Since our session is going online we thought we will face problems while studying online but there were no such problems we faced. The faculty of this college is Excellent, they always encourage students to be creative and think out of the box. The sessions with the professor are always fun and interactive and very easygoing. The placement of this college is not so good but since it is a new and growing college maybe in the future the placements will get better. The admission is done through the DU-JAT entrance exam, and the process is made very easy by the staff. The seniors here are also very helpful. College is outside of the city and is very peaceful.
BMS is a management course that allows us to have a brief look into three fields of BBA - 1. Human Resource Management 2. Finance 3. Marketing It's good for people who are confused about which field to choose as it provides a quick review of all the three fields and in the end, you can choose anyone you prefer. I chose this course because I wanted to do BBA in human resource management and I wanted to do it in Delhi university only. The faculty-student ratio is quite like the one we had in school. 1 teacher per 60 students or even 2 teachers per 60 students. The teachers are very talented and knowledgeable in their subjects. The term exams are intermediate and are easy to pass if you study well.
We have a placement and Internship cell which provides us with various internship opportunities. There are webinars conducted for the students to directly talk to the people offering internships. Internships are offered on a regular basis there would be no shortage of them and they are provided of all types. Various start-ups and big companies take part in it.
I'm a first-year student but what I know from my seniors and other websites is that the placement of this college is not that good as compared to other colleges. But since it's a new college it will take to get at that position where you have good placements. We can definitely see in future shaheed rajguru college having excellent campus placements.
The fee structure of this college is quite less as compared to other private colleges. This year my fee was 17040 which is quite less when other private colleges ask for 1 lakh. I think this fee is affordable for students who come from new backgrounds. Many scholarships are provided on the portal of the colleges' website for which students can apply easily. Final assistance is given to ews category students which is more like a scholarship.
Since this year we had everything online so there is no social life to talk about. There are many fests organized by different departments in the college and these fests are very fun. There are many Competitions conducted by departments and societies during these fests and many famous personalities to come to take part in these fests. Societies are a great way of enjoying and getting to know people. There are many societies consisting of many talented people. There are a placement and internship cell that conducts various internship seminars for students. Society does alot of ngo work as well. The ncc and nss society is also fun to join
The placement percentage of the college is around 65% with the highest package of Rs 8.5 lac per annum and the average package is Rs 4.6 lac. Top pharma companies like Tfizer, Roche, Cadila, and Ticla are major partners. The topmost role offered is in pharmacy, pharmacology, and anatomy.
From the 5th semester, students become eligible for campus placement. A student who cleared 4 sem becomes eligible for placement. Companies like square year Infosys amazon Flipkart plan reality tech Mahindra and also small companies visited for placement. Offer like 3-5 lakhs per annum. The highest package from amazon is 7 lakh per year. Students who have 50% can get placement. I want to start my own business after college.
The students become eligible in the 3rd year for placements. And mostly the students go for placement and jobs after their post-graduate. It was witnessed a placement for 114 students out of 120 in the 2020 graduating batch. There are approximately 157 companies visited. The highest package was around 17.5 lakh and the average was 6-8 lakh. My plans after getting this graduate degree are the go for postgraduate.
In 3rd year students are eligible for placements. Being a 1st-year 1st-semester student I don't have much idea about it. The college conducts internship weeks every year in which various companies both startups and established companies take part. I plan to do MBA after the degree.
In the Business Administration course, students become eligible for campus placement after 3 years because this course is for three years. Big renowned companies like Amazon, Tata, WebEx have visited here. They made many offers. Around 70% of students more likely to get the placements for sure. I will surely work hard to crack the CAT exam after I complete my course.
The placement cell is quite new and the most placement course is along recently started in the colleges! The highest placement is from BBA Finance and BMS, with the highest been 12 lakh from Amazon for the batch of 2019.
It was not hard to get admission in this college whether which is so hard is that to give it's fees because it is the main highlights for a middle class family and it's fees is so high then our expectations higher middle class can think about it but lower middle class can't think of it
Google , airtel , Ogilvy , Jindal , Hyatt and etc companies are interested in this college and giving us an commendable packages and they are providing us with all the things we require and college helps really lot for the selection process
