The eligibility criteria is that the candidate has given the NCHMCT JEE Exam conducted by NTA. Candidates can find the application form, fees and dates online and for the exam dates candidates are advised to check regularly regarding the NCHMCT JEE entrance test.

I choose this course as I love tourism. Talking about faculty they are experienced and share the best of their experiences and knowledge of their hotel job tenure. Semester & Mid-term exams are the easiest to qualify if you are well prepared and attentive in your classes because in class you get the extra knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

As per our recent batch roles offered during interviews are MTs and trainees and the stipend offered was also pretty high as compared to walk-in to hotels. Top companies have arrived for placement like Taj group and Oberoi group of hotels.

Placement Experience

I have been studying now but as per our recent placement in college, the placements are done in top hotels like Taj group, Oberoi group etc. There was an internship programme in our 2nd year we have got real experience and training. Talking about the placement percentage it was quite good, almost all students got placed by top hotels as per the recent batch students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure at AIHTM is very doable, particularly considering the nature of the education provided. Three- year cost of the course is approx 3 lakh which is lesser than other top colleges in Delhi. Candidates are advised to visit the college website to get the new fees structure.

Campus Life

My campus life is wasn't so good due to the coronavirus attack. But after the reopening of the college, we have got exposure to college and our seniors. The classroom has a seating capacity of 40-50 students.

Best college for Hotel Management in Delhi, with excellent industry connect and great faculty.

Likes

Faculties are knowledgeable and teach through modern and updated tools
Continuous mentorship by faculty and HOD.
Placements are very good and the best 5 star hotels are selected for internship and placements

Placement Experience:

75% attendnce with full payment of fees is one of the critieria. Also getting good grades is an add on for Management trainee position. All the students are placed in best of the hotels of Delhi, 5 star hotels. Average package is 3 to 5 lakhs. The college provides multiple opportunities for the students to get placed in the best hotel with the best package. I would love to see myself as a Hotel Manager in 2-3 yrs time. I m very much invested in this course and would like to prove myself for my family.

Dislikes

Compared to other colleges it does not have cultural activities
For teaching they use both hindi and english

After completing 6th semester you are eligible for campus placements The average package is 8 LPA to 10 LPA The percentage of students getting placement is 94% approximately As IHM Pusa ia brand in this industry you can shine wherever you are if you have gained the skills from them properly

IHM Pusa - An Inside View

Likes

State-of the art facilities and the infrastructure of the institute were a few of the best things that we highly appreciated in college.
Exposure to hospitality professionals helps in building and developing confidence along with gaining hands-on experience.
Extra-curricular activities like Swacchata Drive, People of Pusa, Visiting Faculties for Demo-sessions, etc., helps students with their personality development and their personal growth.

Dislikes

Poor connectivity inside the college area due to jammers.
Less number of hours hostellers can stay out for.
Less number of accommodation for students in hostels.

Placement Experience:

In second year of college, all the stuidents are required to go for Industrial training where many groups/organisations accept applications for Industrial trainees. Many hotel chains like The LEELA, ITC, LALIT, etc,. visit the college for placements along with other organisations from different industries as well. Post pandemic, the placement ratio has sky-rocketed to 70-80%.

A brief about ihm pusa

Likes

3 kitchens for different purpose like bakery, cooking etc
2 restaurant one is old one is new but only new one is used
Good campus placement as all 5 star companies come

Dislikes

Faculty is not good, most of them don't know how to teach
Infrastructure is too bad only 2 buildings a very small collehe
Kitchen equipments has old food stains, doesn't clean properly

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students become eligible for placement Highest package I don't know but average package is near about 300000 per annum My olans after getting degree is to do a job for sometime and open a cloud kitchen

Admission:

Getting into this College is a matter of pride for an average student like me.As it was not easy to choose between many institutes which offered the same course but the scope for advancement in my skills here was the highest of all.I collected the application form from the admission window as I stay nearby the campus.After the joint entrance test by Kurukshetra University, I got selected for the interview, and with complete documents and essentials,I got into this institution to work towards my dreams.
